Same old story from the club. just the same when we sold cavell and richardson.

I suppose they will say it was part of the agreement to not disclose the fee, but that is rubbish. Dont the fans deserve to know!!!

This obviously means we have got significantly less than expected. Why for once cant we be given the straight facts and stop all the sensless speculation that will now happen.

Come on David,  make a statement!!!!!

Saturday was a reality check. Everybody there except foot in mouth and his happy clappers should have seen what we should have done at the start of the season.

We need younger hungry players, and a management team that can find and develop them.

Our back 5 yesterday had a total age of 176 and add a 40 year old centre forward.

I will support the team because I am a genuine supporter, but I cannot see us finishing in the top half of the league this season, if things stay the same.

I have said it before, but just look at the last 10 fixtures of the season. I hope we dont want too many points from that lot.

get real everybody.

yes it was a very good win yesterday, and well done to all, but we are miles from the finished article, and I still am concerned we have not played one of the top teams except Altrincham of course.

the trouble is that some posters have head in the clouds optimism, and others like me try to look at the position realistically, but hey that means we are morons and moaning idiots.

time will tell, but dont get carried away with this win. The one really good thing is that despite, in my view, of us currently being a below average Utd team we are still 7th in the league, so if we do get it together we can still have a good season.

Still need to finish better in front of goal. Sounds as if we could have scored 8 today-- but we didnt

idiot or moron I am not, so be careful what you say

I have supported this club for over 40 years and still will.

If you have bothered to read my previous posts you will see that I have nothing but respect for David Newton and how he has saved our club.

The point I was trying to make to those that obviously cannot understand what I am saying is that he in my opinion has made a mistake in appointing these two "managers" and that in my view he needs to replace them as soon as possible.

so get real those that have slagged me off and do not criticise my passion for this club.

The B-Ark / statement from the chairman
« on: October 09, 2011, 10:53:49 AM »
we need one urgently. things he needs to address--

1 why did he appoint the managers in the first place?
2 does he still have confidence in them

let me help him to think about the answers--

1 Sorry David it was a cheap option
2 admit you made a mistake
3 you asked for experience, you got nothing
4 no contacts, no motivation, very little ideas

The attendance will plummet, there must be better options
At least half of the current team in my view are not good enough

Please act now, there is still time to make something out of this season, but you must act asap otherwise it will be too late. I keep telling everybody to look at the last 12 league fixtures in march/april next year. With this set up they look scary!!!!
