We'll be tired after long trips the last 2 mid-weeks, they are desperate for points, so I can see us struggling - I don't expect it to be pretty but I'd be delighted to be proved wrong

Unfortunately this is the result of 3 tough away games in a week culminating in such a long journey to Wales, especially when we've got a few injuries which mean we haven't really been able to play our strongest team (ie with Newsh and Conor) or rotate the squad and rest players the way we would have liked.  Konadu probably isn't fully match fit at this level yet (+ travels from London I think), so may not be fit enough to start 2 games in 4 days
3 away games in a week, 2 of them long midweek trips, often ends in a lacklustre performance in the last one.
Game's not over yet, but it looks like we'll need Guiseley to beat Hednesford at the weekend, then cross everything we can win our last 4 and Hednesford slip up
I stand corrected!   The character in this team is incredible.  Still think we will just miss out on play offs, but no one can complain about the commitment from the team this year

Yes - if we can afford him.  Have Cambridge been paying some of his wages this season?  Also, are they full time?  May not want to go part time, especially if someone else offers him full time, but he does seem to be enjoying his time here, so that's a good sign

Konadu made a difference with his control and simple passing, giving us a bit of possession which we so sadly lacked yet desperately needed in this game.
Totally agree with this - until he came on there looked to be no way back into the game.  Konadu didn't look particularly quick or appear to put himself about very much, but he seemed to have so much more time on the ball than any other player on the pitch.  Could be a sign of a quality player, but won't necessarily endear him to most of the fans who like to see someone putting themselves about, chasing lost causes etc.  Will be interesting to see how he does if he gets a start next week, but at least we now know that god is on our side! ;)
