Dont kid yourself,we scored 2 in a about 10mins,the other team scored 4 in 90....where the eff is there anything to b positive.
6 games no wins, played loads more games than some teams below us.Some of you sound like your watching kids footie on a Sunday morning, making do with scant rewards in what is becoming a realistic relegation probability.Jeeeez...

Ive been involved with mini-kickers football  at Ruskington now for many years and i hope my info can help.In the mid-lincs league its mixed football up to the U11s..[and changes often],therefore most teams can without restriction play girls along with boys up to and including this age group. Some teams do operate a girls only team and they tend to be in the older age group which is after U11s restrictions.I know in boston area there are loads of teams near to you who should be able to accomodate your daughter inc boston u community who play i think at the moment,Kirton middlecoat school.
I currently train  Ruskington U6/7 with a view to playing a U8s team, mixed next season in the MID-LINCS LEAGUE...if your struggling to find what your looking for, check us out... :)

Therefore i make this plea....if any club representative reads this particular post could they at the next game request a policeman halfway down Spain Lane. Not a steward please, i do presume there is some kind of police presence at most home games.Lets get this dealt with cos i can assure  you any new support or guests within earshot of these people will not be impressed.Ive slept on this and i still feel very immotive and angry.Across from the stand at my next home game im hoping this request will be implemented....and with this hardworking board in place i know i wont be disappointed, Dave,Neil and Chris...thank you...if you wish for my details PM me..no probs.

Theres a 1000 and one things i suppose i could of done but in this world we live in,things aint that simple and im not 100 per cent certain i ave right individuals....however there are people on here who know who they are, probably their mates...but why o why do others around them consider it the norm.Im a 51yr old man and im rocked to the core with this....please dont question what actions i may or may not have done cos its obvious this has been a regular theme for a while, and gone unchallanged or reported by regulars down Spain Lane.Soz but i aint got the answer to it...........

For a change instead i thought i would stand in Spain Lane and save myself couple quid.Ive been to alot of footie matches in my time especially in the 80s when football grounds where battlefields, and im talking on the terraces not on the pitch.North London derbies,North east derbies and been witness to a few Eng v Scot home internationals at the ole Wembley.Seen matches in Belgium,Germany and Holland etc and im quite sure thereare those who ave been to more tastier fixtures....my point is....Ive never witnessed such foul disgusting individuals who bereated everything inc our home players.Poor game today i agree, frustrating too but there is no need to use the WORST LANGUAGE as you can imagine. It was embarassing and toe curling....i was stood on halfway line with my 13 yr old lad and a mate.I kept turning round to try to identify these individuals. Two where stood backs to the wall one in blue check style shirt other in red,and these guys must have been in their 60s..effing at Semple to go back to Gainsboro, shouting at Hall...calling lino..t...t...using c word regularly.A full 90 minutes of this and i would imagine they will be there week in week out with their giggly/chuckling entourage.....forget the game forget the result....if this is support....IM OUT......GOD YOUR GRANDKIDS MUST BE PROUD!!!!!!!

bloody too right lonegunman....i just get sooooo annoyed with peoples short memories.I was there on fathers day few years ago with the desperate appeal for a saviour and i can tell you that still gives me the shudders!!!We have no right to be any where nor do any team..we are progressing slowly but surely on and off the pitch that to me is a fantastic...ACHEIVEMEMT.My match day experience over the last two seasons have been great,,,

I think you will find that the fantastic Chairman and board of BOSTON UNITED at least couple years ago,had a remit to have this club at a certain level by a certain time.Within financial restraints of course......my remark PROJECT PROMOTION was a piss-take and should be taken as very tongue in cheek!!!!..............we all know where this club belongs no matter what spin you put on it......

thats a BIG consolation!!!....now the manner and rawness of the play-offs is slowly eroding away, its right that we carrying on building foundations to keep this great club on a good financial footing. That said i would have taken promotion if offered but another season in Blue Sq North aint the end of the world.Im just pleased i witnessed one great drama of emotions, great football, great support and great goals seen at our place on Sun!!!!cracking stuff.....THANK YOU CHAIRMAN

It honestly worries  me unless we spend silly money which thankfully we wont, the best chance of promotion would have been, soon to be, defunct team.Only cos of its obvious togetherness and desire.Whoever takes the helm, and i cant speculate on that will do well to match this last crop.....all my years ive never such a fantastic group of lads who never knew when they were beaten[and i dont count pens]Its self evident after watching Church/Pearson/Davidson and Jase video they had summat special going on here!!!wil it b emnulated.....GOD I HOPE SO COS IT WAS GOOD!!!!Thank you team BOSTON 2010/11...yes i am still bloody emotional bout the whole season and semi-final play off we all have just witnessed.I havent felt this way since 1990 when Eng lost to Germany in the world cup semi-final,on bloody pens as well!!!..I will always trust Dave,Neil and Chris to get the right choice again, PRESSURE ON!!!!

« on: May 08, 2011, 08:25:06 PM »
To be fair all those around me stood up and applauded the team but they were all in a huddle having a chat.It was quite a while and it came to a point where even i slowed down and edged to the way out....they did turn to townend and applaued the team did but i dont think they were too keen to go the stand end where Guiseley where celebrating.Any how its been a long emotional day and babysitters, wives, boyfriends, tea being ready etc where appearing in front peoples minds. The crowd were fantastic and if Boston had done a lap of honour it would have been well received....just a devasting end to the game and i think we were all shocked and bewildered that how well we played...we got zilch!!!
