Saw him about 5 years ago at the Britannia lead the Stoke defence a merry dance whilst playing for York in the FA Cup

Was very impressed and have followed his career ever since. Surprised he's never played higher up

We have a decent signing here. Pleased Gatter has extended his loan too. Fitzpatrick has also impressed me. AM has, in my view, recruited well. Looking forward to a strong finish to this season and a fast start to next

no point falling out with other fans chaps

they love their club as much as we do so let's just forget this episode and move on. whatever happened isn't their fault

bradford pa next. very winnable

i understand there was about 25% of the pitch that was hard but the rest was soft. the lads trained on the 75% for an hour without problems but, whilst frustrating, maybe the local ref could have sought a second opinion

from what i hear it would have been 'proceed with caution' on the icy but which may have been dangerous

disappointing though it is, caution is the best option when it's careers we're talking about. as for chorley's part in it, i hear they weren't up for it but let's just hope that, by the time we do play them, that the manager has continued to improve our side, bought a few more in and we send them back north on a tuesday night with nothing eh?

onward and upward. a winable game coming up so let's focus on that. looking forward to bradford

seen him a lot down the years

big hard so and so with decent goals ratio

replacing gregg with someone like gregg makes total sense. no need to tinker with the rest of the side/ shape much

could be good business. fingers crossed

Fairhurst has a decent pedigree and so we'd be daft to bin him without giving him a chance I reckon

Having a smaller fella up there may also make us play more 'joined up' football too as we see to go too long too early too often

For Saturday, assuming Josh R is suspended I'd go with:

Durrant

Thomas Batchelor Gatter Gordon

Fitzpatrick Clarke Hilliard

Marshall Fairhurst Rollins

Still leaves a decent (ish) bench of Colley, Chippendale, St Juste (if fit) Clappison plus one other

everyone is entitled to their opinion chaps. that's why we love the beautiful game so much. it's all about opinions

so far based on what i've seen we are solid but need to be more expansive. we've not had a lot of good luck recently either and the playing surface being so poor doesn't help

AM has his hands tied this season but i reckon he'll get it right next season and is the right man for the job

looking forward to a positive finish to this season and hitting the ground running next

all the best to BUFC fans, players, management and staff and a happy new year to you all

the first goal was a) sloppy - we gave it away high up the park and were out of our defensive shape b) unlucky as the shot was going across the keeper and unfortunately josh got across and a nick off his studs deflected it inside the near post. a combination of unfortunate events which the keeper eludes to in his post match interview

as a new convert to BUFC I've been very impressed with the organisation and shape of the team. sure we need new signings but I reckon that if we'd had Gregg we'd have got a point on Saturday

I don't think the manager is daft. he'll know we need a target man and hope the gets a proper one. problem I guess though is decent target men will cost 500 a week and we may not have that spare budget right now with so many contracts

that will be different next season so look forward with optimism. there is much to smile about. the players are giving 100% and that's all we fans can ask

disappointed with the ref though. seemed to change at half time. swearing seemed ok first half but not second. little fella with a chip on his shoulder in my view. very very poor. the fella at gainsborough was bad but this one was miles worse
