I dont know Adam but a personality is crucial, and he doesnt appear to have one, dull, unenergetic and uninspiring.  DG catches the eye, always had time yto speak to my little lads, it seems.forced with Adam- same in any job, playrs respond to good communication, at a a personable level.  I think DG was approachable but i dont think AM is

Eventually any sports team takes on the personality of its manager

This has happened to Boston

Dour, dull, uninspiring - a collection of decent individuals but not a team

No better than last seasons team despite massive investment

Results speak for themselves

Suppose another couple of players more will come in next week

Christ knows how high the wage bill is now

Sums it up perfectly, what a shame.everything is going to pot, but the fact of the matter is we simply are average and thats on a good day - we lack direction, motivation, confidence, and dedication.  Thats a strong word but itsbthe truth - too many journeymen in the side, picking up their weeks wages and taking it back to where ever they live - no proper love for Boston, just love for the wkd money - might aswell play the under 21's, i hope our chairman raises his hand now as otherwise relegation looms.  Murray isnt a manager, just a bullshitter with a soon to be ex part time job

I think we will not have to discuss Adams future on here much longer, this Saturday's exit from the FA CUP will take care of that.
It's over Adam, get your coat and project yourself out of here.

Couldnt agree more....Boston are so boring to watch and i take my lads every time they play, maybe not now, i went to watch my my lad play in his under 7 match today and it was so entertaining, not.defensive, cautious, and poor, up bufc and the bears!

i think Adams methods just dont suit non league....Football is a simple game really, introduce more technical aspects especially to lower players it just aint compatible - not to mention Adams drab way of communicating - maybe he would be better higher up but it aint working here.

Agreed all, regardless of what we think of Adam he is utimatley responsible and his methods are obviously not suiting to the club or the players.

If i were the chairman, id give him 3 more games to get positive results otherwise change it before christmas whilst we can still get something out of the season.

Get a grip!!
We won last week and the week before.

You having a laugh? how much worse can this get, serious risk of relegation and i dont see any improvement compared to last year - sorry but adam.is just a bullshitter plain and simple.
