Would"nt mind seeing Lewis Hilliard back - 4 goals and an amazing 18 assists from 23 matches for Peterborough Sports so far this season. We were away so did"nt see the cup game against them, but told that he played well. The return of Hilliard coupled with Grant Roberts recall would offer some strong options in midfield.

Couldnt agree more with this - Hilliard is class and playing well below where he should be.  Mybe not the fastest but would certainly give competition for thanoj and abbot.  Hilliard is one of the best passes.of the ball we have have had..

The first half lost it for us.  Better 2nd half but first half awful - they were not playing for the shirt and it was disgraceful really.  Shew...well well well, talent is obviously there but dont think he got out of breath all game....there seems to be some kind of motivation issue unless it tactical but i doubt it

I usually get had at for moaning so thought id change tac....lets forget about the playing deep negative first half peformance and talk about the 2nd half.  Davies deliveries made the difference hes very experienced and it shows...knows how to put a good ball in, knows when to play a foul in the right areas.  Now slew is class, in my opinion way 2 good for this league.  He needs to play off gavin / gregg but we cant play gregg / gavin aa both 2 similar....#playslew

Having watched Lewis for much of his.time with us and when i started to support bufc ( im am imagrant from the west mids) i thought he was class.  What lets him down is speed, but he has got a fantastic range.of passing and is clearly playing a league down on what he should be.  I would gladly take him back hes.class.

Harsh but I think elliot has to go.  He doesnt know his team, there isnt any organisation or discipline in the team either.

Several players out of their depth too, Harris not a clue and certainly not a midfielder - walker tries but thats it - average at best.

Elliot has had long enough to know his best side, today was dreadful. I think.there is more going on behind the scenes, how a team like us can be so disorganised its beyond me.

Did anyone else have the pleasure of sitting directly behind this nasty little man yesterday.  Telling our fans to shut the f up etc directly in front of children, both my young kids heared all of it.

Disgraceful behaviour what kind of an example does this set.  I dont mind listening to bad language and the kids expext it as part of the course of football, but from a manager? disgusting....

Lamin Bloody Colley? How on earth have we got this joker back - he was awful when with us last time he played, totally out of his depth.

Come on jelangley, don't beat about the bush, say exactly what you mean!! ;D

You will see what I mean if he makes the team.....

I think if we are looking to challenge next year we must hold onto hemmings and Tommo - Rollins a bonus obviously although i think Hemmings is total class and much of our creative play comes from him.

Good job by Elliot also giving Hemmings more freedom to play, he did so much better under Elliot than adam.  Either way, if we don't retain Hemmings or Tommy average side, forget the play offs next year.

Could argue that wholesale changes are not required.

Most of the team that played at the end of the season were not here at the start of the season. On 2nd half of the season form we're a playoff side.

I agree totally but expect the likes of Rollins, Hemmings or Kabi to look at alternatives maybe at Conference level, be very lucky to secure Middleton and Thompson permanently, and obviously Beesley was recalled by Salford.

Exciting times I think but hope I am wrong on the players above.

For me the team are a team and it shows alot 2 win, brilliant seeing stewart punch the air and ecstatic to be 2 1 up.....i think we are defo play off standard on current form.....a bit of concern over their tall lad just running past our defence at times but otherwise fantastic

Greetings everyone, new member. Opening game of the season[4-0 at Southport], I missed the first 20 minutes or so because of a pile-up on the M6. As I walked in the ground at the Boston end I saw a player in an all yellow outfit take advantage of a mix-up between goalie and centre half and score a goal. Naturally I thought the Pilgrims had scored and cheered accordingly. Wrong. Boston were in all-white and that was 2-0. Various Utd supporters eyed me up like I was their next meal. I slowly retreated to the end of the terrace and watched the rest of the debacle unfold. Appalling.

A fellow brummie exile! Welcome

That make's 3 of us - i'm from that part of the world too (Cannock to be precise).

Having been to most games last and this season, it's difficult to imagine where last seasons team would of ended up this year, personally for me it's the management side that's let us down.

Far too negative and defensive minded - Fair play to Karl - he tried to give the players freedom to express themselves but his time was limited, and with the arrival of a new manager no doubt again it's another complete different approach to the team management - which has not had time to work.

We can easily get out of this mess, and stay up, but with the best will in the world even if we had Jose Mourinho in charge I don't think we could turn it around in the space of a couple of weeks, the prolems to me seem more deep rooted.

I'll be going Saturday and supporting as always with my 2 lads, and am confident it will get better, like with any sturuggling team, improvements don't happen overnight.
