Agree we have had some excellent loans from them 2 clubs and it's good to have them contacts but just frustrating as they are only short term solutions.

As good as the Sunderland lads are. They are only short term solutions,  personally I would like to see some permanent signings. Not a fan of too many loan players if they do well we end up losing them to higher division as we have Kyle Dixon and also Joel Dixon after Sunday's game.

According to dens interview on official site we are signing a new centre back from Sunderland on loan?  Is that a position we really need to strengthen?

Agree it is dull watching ferriby but they know how to grind out results which is key if you want to reach play offs and we are lacking that at the min, drawing to many games and slipping further away from play offs.

Both seem decent signings to me. We really need an attacking left winger and hopefully Simmons is a pacy striker as that's sort of striker we need.

I dont think we will see tempest back but hopefully Dixon will be back. We need an out and out left winger for me. Someone like Jason st juste  from ferriby who has turned us down this week according to someone from ferriby. Would like to see mcghee on the right and a new left winger.

Burgh boy.. you really need to look at the bigger picture without the quadrant development there will be no football club. The quadrant will give us a new stadium fit for purpose and help us progess and become sustainable a sustainable football club.

Terrible first half played into ferriby hands by playing long ball, in fairness den admitted he got ot wrong and we played better second half but we didn't take our 2 big chances and we were made to pay for that. Hopefully we can bounce back Thursday.

Tempest and Dixon will definitely miss the ferriby and Lowestoft away games as loans are up on boxing day and can't resign until new year.

Fair enough comments about today.

What about the games at home to brackley, home to north ferriby amd many others.  Long throws, no creativity and poor to watch. Also Unable to defend a lead against 10 men ferriby away in the cup. Suppose thats the standard we can accept then. If 4 wins in 15 is good enough our expectations as paying spectators have fallen rapidly? ?

People are entitled to have there opinions. Dennis had a bit to say about ferriby in the press. The same team that have beaten us twice at home. Maybe worth concentrating on our tactics rather than slagging others off.

The B-Ark / Re: Jones loan period?
« on: December 20, 2014, 06:37:10 PM »
Our reliance on the loan system is very worrying. IF the dixon loan deal is extended he would still miss 2 games over the festive period. Same applies to tempest. This will leave us very short on midfield options and weaken us considerably.

We have again failed to progress and are more inconsistent than ever. We lack that cutting edge and dont look like a threat and havent for some time.

Could the budget be used more wisely?

I think your right Carl. As a true fan I'll support in the club week in week out as I know that the chairman is doing things properly by building a sustainable future for our club. We can't just splash silly money on wages  as we simply don't have it and those clubs that are spending beyond there means are unsustainable and it won't last. I really hope the new stadium happens soon so we can really start to compete and progress but it must be done in a sustainable way. We need to be patient and realistic and continue to support the club.

After watching 3 hours of terrible football against ferriby I can't understand why we played direct and used long throws. It is obvious every time either Denton or hone are going to win the header. We have been crying out for some width in both games. Need a out and out left winger desperately. No win in 7 not good.

What game was he watching. That ferriby team will never dominate any game. All they have is the long ball up to Denton.  Terrible to watch.
