any sort of clue other than HOOF ! ?

and is their a good chance whoever it is will sign ?

 ;D
HOOF is quite a big clue. He's unhappy at his current club, but has a year left there so probably shouldn't give a name.

Not sure of the chances, but he's been in contact over the weekend

I would imagine they will be accepted into the UniBond Premier on Saturday, and at some point before the season starts, resign. The league will then run a team short

I don't think Bloomer was brilliant  but some of the stick he gets on here at times has been a bit harsh. If he was as bad as that why was our two new men willng to talk to him, and not many of the others. Does this mean that their judgement may be questionable on who is a good player and who is not?
Was it a case of being willing to speak, or that they hadn't actually got hold of him?

Regardless of wages, didn't the managers say something about not having ageing players on the books? Or have I been misinformed?
They said they won't have a team full of over-30s

Getting into King's Cross, it is definitely walkable (or use a no doubt full big red bus) to Marylebone where you can get an overground train to Wembley Stadium station...

Camm's opinion: "I was not bothered about staying at King's Lynn but then the new manager got the job last week and apparently the lads were told to get his number and give him a call to see if they were in his plans. He should have been ringing the players."

Well I  don,t think the ' target man ' situ has worked over last 2 seasons .. (vis Froggatt) ..
Think u just need 2 strikers to go for it ..dont even have to be that big .
Maybe u only need the big boys for set pieces .. so would like to see plenty of height in midfield and defence..

Jason Lee.
... has agreed another year at Corby I believe

Normally yes,in this case Witton, but the Newcastle Blue Star situation cmplicates things a bit.
No, Burscough. Witton were in the UniBond this season just gone, not Blue Square North.
