The B-Ark / Joe Burgess
« on: October 09, 2016, 01:41:26 PM »
Burgess has said on Twitter that he has broken his ankle. This could be the end of his season, depending on how 'clean' the break is. Best wishes to Joe.

Also, it seems Herve Pepe-Ngoma has done his ACL, and his season is definitely over.

On a similar note, ex-Pilgrim Jake Sheridan suffered a bad leg break for Basford at Stamford in the FA Trophy yesterday - he was laid out on the pitch being treated for an hour while an ambulance arrived.

The B-Ark / FA Cup R3Q

Kettering Town away. They play 1 level below us, but no longer at Rockingham Road or Nene Park - but at Burton Park Wanderers (in Burton Latimer) about 4 miles out.

Spencer Weir-Daley plays for them.

Tricky, but it seems they wanted an away draw as they've yet to win at home in the Southern Premier!

Credit to the players for not accepting just a point, and to keep going for the winner.

Shane Clarke has returned... didn't he leave before, to trial in MLS, before eventually leaving again for Tinpot?

The B-Ark / Boston Town

Leicester Nirvana and AFC Kempston Rovers went into today's final game level on points in the United Counties League, with LN having a better goal difference by 4.

Nirvana did their bit and won 2-1 at Eynesbury Rovers, however Kempston stuck 7 past Boston Town without reply to overtake!

Drama!

Remaining games:

4th Harrogate Town:
Boston (h), Saturday April 16;
Fylde (a), Saturday, April 23;
Corby (h), Saturday, April 30.

5th Boston United:
Harrogate (a), Saturday, April 16;
Nuneaton (h), Saturday, April 23;
Stalybridge (a), Saturday, April 30.

6th Nuneaton Town:
Gloucester (a), Tuesday, April 19;
Boston (a), Saturday, April 23;
Bradford PA (a), Wednesday, April 27;
Hednesford Town (h), Saturday, April 30.

Current table:

I'm going for:
Harrogate LLW
BUFC WWD
Nuneaton DLDW

Meaning we give up 4th place on the last day on goal difference to Harrogate, but safely inside the Play Offs.

We have been drawn to play at home to Lincoln City in the quarter final.

Winners play Lincoln United or Scunthorpe United.
