Thought we were very unlucky last night. On another night we would have been going in 3-1 up at half time.  Three stunning saves kept Buxton in the game.  Then an unlucky own goal and dodgy penalty( their player handled before being fouled ) sealed their win.

The injuries are mounting up again, I think we need a couple of loanees pronto.

Saturday I questioned ICs use of substitutions ( lost us two points I thought ). Last night was even more of a mystery, he took off a defender and put on another forward.  Our ageing defence was being ripped apart by their swift forwards.  Our three defenders was soon down to two, with Mills suffering an injury.

A quick word about the poor ball boy.  He looked distraught after making his mistake. Bless him.

I thought the same.  Both goals came after substitutions.  I questioned the substitutions when they were made.  But hindsight is a good thing.  I would have took a draw before the game, but it feels like a loss now.

We huffed and puffed but got the job done. Sad to see Chapman leave, I  can see the sense in letting him go, frees up a wage. Well done lads three more points and puts us right in the mix. We are the form team in the league according to statistics. Two tough matches ahead.

We know this is a hard league to get out of, but this year takes the biscuit

We are third in the form table ( last 10 games ) behind Tamworth and Brackley. Yet we are still outside the playoffs. Only six points separate 3rd from 11th.  I think goal difference will have a big say in the playoff places. It will soon be squeaky bum time.

Pretty dire performance, without Hazel, on Sat
The attack was looking hopeless before he arrived and unless the front two can find some form from somewhere
it is likely to derail are play off push.
It may be asking too much to unearth another gem at this late stage, but I hope we are looking around

Totally agree. Our goal difference is poor to the lack of goals scored. 16+ hours of football without a forward scoring before Hazel came.
