Unsurprisingly the court ruling is that parliament has to be consulted before Article 50 is signed, could be that Brexit doesn't really mean Brexit after all
If it comes down to a parliamentary vote which way will Matty Warnham MP vote  :o  :dan

it was obvious and right concerning the ruling.

obviously it will go to the supreme Court on appeal.

What happens if the Commons vote not to follow the will of the people?

When we leave the EU, does this mean we will get Duty Free back at the airports?

BOSTON UNITED PLAYED AT NUNEATON AND DREW 2-2 AND ALL I READ ON HERE IS ARGUMENTS ABOUT BLOODY BREXIT AND FOREIGNERS WHO DON'T WANT TO WATCH FOOTBALL.

No need to shout. I saw no comments on this thread  about Brexit or foreigners.  If you are talking about the In or Out thread you have posted on it before. Perhaps it is time to lock that thread Ken.  Maybe  it is  passed it's sell by date it's only had nearly  22,000 views.

They don't appear to have an interest so you have done nothing to promote the club or the experience to them. Ok, just so we are clear.  But let's complain the club does not do enough to encourage them....  ::) :dan

I do not always agree with your political views, but on this we may have some common ground :o

The club is a club for the community, so why not serve the community?  By the community, I mean everyone.

If the migrant population are made welcome, then maybe some will start attending matches.

Open the social club up for specialist Polish nights, invite them for a welcome party.  Offer the hand of friendship.

Hold some markets at the ground, have specialist stalls and integrate with the English community.

When they know where the ground is and how friendly we are, invite them to a match.

Extend the hand of friendship and make them welcome, you never know.

Most bemoan the high percentage of migrants in the town.

Various figures are touted about, but if we say 15,000 in the area, that is a very big percentage of the local population not attending any matches.

Could we not form some kind of social club aimed at these people. Football is a great ambassador ( take the 1914 match between allies and Germans ).

Could someone not hand out leaflets in various languages inviting them to a match?  Do some kind of deal, a two for one entry.

Just a thought.

Basketball is a far bigger sport in Lithuania etc so I'm lead to believe..
Giving foreigners 2 for 1 might just take a few locals over the edge!!
And after ww1 game the war sadly dragged on.
I treated a Polish friend and his gf to a game when hurst and Scott were here.....we lost 0-3...awful game and they've never been back.
Sorry to pee on your parade....however I think the leaflet idea is a good one.
I've a feeling it's been tried a few years back but I don't think it was a sustained effort..

Seems like with all this untapped fan base, some way of encouraging them should be looked in to.

Nissan to manufacture three new models at their Sunderland factory post Brexit.

Better than expected figures concerning British finances post Brexit.

Perhaps project fear was just bullsh*t ??? ???

Taylor,Lee and Thompson were good managers and also nice people off the pitch.More than I can say for some!!!!!

Yes and the same people who abuse DG abused them .   It has to be said TT and JL record was not a patch on Green,s but nonetheless no excuse for the vile slung at Tommy and Jason .

I agree, okay this is possibly the worst team I have seen in the last few years, but we do not know all the facts.

How many players did DG try to sign and was turned down?

What is the playing budget?

And what was Smith doing on Saturday?  He seemed uninterested all match, possibly our best player was never in the match.
