I thought it was entertaining game myself, even though game was not allowed to flow because Guiseley kept falling down and screaming and referre gave them everything, hope we don’t get him a lot like we did last season.

Reece Thompson showed what he’s best at, lazy, cheating, moody and a rash challenge maybe had a couple off flashes of being bothered but no end product, cannot see what the obsession is with him.

Good post. Yes they were spoilers & deffo came for the point, that in itself tells u how strong we now r under Craig. Loved his post match interview. Also a recent interview in sleaford target where he sets out his long term vision for the club under him. He talks of the friendship he's developing with the Cowleys @ Sincel bank. Plus all other FL managers in fair distance for loaning/selling us players. "I build bridges he says, down the line u just never no when we might need each other".

Yes RT, look if he'd scored say 8/11 goals in 14...18 games u would say sign him up. He was with us for a reason.....Guiseley c a talent in there but it's shrouded as u say by lazyness, arrogance & immiturity . Do hope he sorts himself out before it's too late.

I think the relationship is more with Lincoln City than the Cowleys.  I think Lincoln are looking to have CE in their sights when the Cowleys go onto better things.

The B-Ark / Re: Sponsorship

Slightly different question, but still linked to sponsorship, who exactly are Boston's sleeve sponsors Arm Poultry? They're not a company I'd heard of before, and despite being a club sponsor there doesn't seem to be any advert for them in the matchday programme. Seems a bit unusual, as most of the other club sponsors are in there.

Wasn't lottery winner man in the poultry business?  Maybe he got us sponsorship.  A wild guess and getting 5 I know.

I thought I read somewhere that a gaming firm were not allowed to sponsor now, or is that just on the shirts?

Check out a fair few Premier League and Championship clubs... a lot of betting/casino-type companies are shirt sponsors. In certain countries, there are more strict rules (France don't allow alcohol advertising, and Croatia don't allow gambling adverts).

Perhaps I was dreaming it :)  But was surprised to see them sponsoring  Salford.

Okay I know it is VERY early, but 80/1 Gateshead open with a 3-1 win away.  A home win on Tuesday against Moneybags Salford and Boston doing the same at Leamington , I may be tempted to cash out my tenner e/w double ;D ;D ;D

I was just entering my super 6 predictions for next Saturday, when I saw " Proud to be sponsors of Salford City "

Just a query?    Is Skybet the Sponsors?  Are Super 6 ( run by Skybet  and Sky ) the sponsors ?

The reason I ask is, are rules in place concerning who can sponsor and who cannot.

I thought I read somewhere that a gaming firm were not allowed to sponsor now, or is that just on the shirts?

I may be totally wrong, which is not unusual :police:

I nearly fell asleep at times in the match, but good result in the end.  I see the standard of the league has not changed, bully tactics and poor referees.

We tried to play football, but we need protection.  When we did try to stick up for ourselves they always got the decision.  Good result and fair gate for a summers day.

Well, that threw us.  Good move by the manager.  I still say if Willis had played all last season we would have been in the play offs.

My daughter owns original shares ( left to her in a will ) in Both United and Town.  They are either worth a lot of money, or not worth the paper they are written on.

their total value is exactly the same as your last betting slip  :)

;D ;D They let you out then GHM ;)
