Paul Brown is, and always has been one of the poorest referees to officiate a Boston match.
Southport took full advantage of his biased and inept performance.
I can remember starting a thread on him a few years back, but am unable to trace it. My mate started timing their keeper on goal kicks. He timed them between 35 seconds and 62 seconds. Over a minute to take and nothing said.

With players coming back from injury and suspension, Wright, Green, Rolins etc. Our squad has a bit of depth. On the Subject of Rolins, he was training under CE, but it's all gone quiet.

Another clean sheet and four goals to boot. Okay possibly Chester on a par with Farsley Celtic, but you can only beat what's in front of you. Hereford will be PCs first proper test, but we travel there with confidence high. Well done lads.

I have just seen the highlights of the game on Saturday. Gordon was blocked whilst trying to cover the run of Penny. A definite foul right in front of the referee. We complain about the officials every season, but I think this season they have got worse.

Tomorrow we play our boogie team Chorley. It's always a hard game, even when we are on form. I know several people are boycotting the game until things change at the top. I can tell you, this will not influence DN. DN knows there is a problem. What the team needs, is our support. So let's get down there tomorrow and show the lads our support. Let's be that 12th man. The Townend need to get behind the team from the start. CE, if you read these comments, play it on the bloody ground. Else you could be making DN's mind up for him.

I have a very good friend called Bob. Now Bob is an avid Gateshead supporter and season ticket holder. He won't admit it, but Bob is a bit of a closet Boston United fan.
Bob lives at Peterborough and never misses a home Gateshead game. He travels all the way up to Gateshead from Peterborough. The point I am making is, do we have a season ticket holder who travels a distance to watch United. If so how far?
Bob is taking in his 4th Boston game of the season this Saturday. You will not miss him, he's the geezer with the Gateshead woolly hat. Say hello to Bob.
