Sounds like we will have Mark Jones back , on loan from Spalding after todays game.  If this is true, will be a good signing for us.

The B-Ark / Canner's, is it the end of a career ?
« on: November 29, 2013, 08:56:41 PM »
Just read today the Lee Canoville has left Spalding due to an ongoing knee injury, its also claimed on the UCL facebook page that he has retired. I've not seen anything official to confirm this but i am sure whatever the outcome we Pilgrims all wish him well !! http://www.spaldingtoday.co.uk/sport/football/football-captain-canoville-leaves-tulips-by-mutual-consent-1-5717988

The B-Ark / New Keeper, who do we fancy ?
« on: November 03, 2013, 11:52:08 AM »
Well it looks like we need someone bringing in, so who do we fancy ?  Personally for me i think we should at least take a look at Jan Budtz, who is still without a club having been at tinpot last season. He has proven form at this level and higher and is a great shot stopper.

The B-Ark / Hopefully a tired Brackley

Barrow and Brackley just going into extra time in the FA cup, this is in our advantage i would think and hope Brackley players will feel it after the long journey plus the extra playing time.

The B-Ark / gainsborough it is then this weekend.
« on: January 28, 2013, 02:47:02 PM »
well despite all those rumours that the game would be put aside for the trophy it seems we are set to take on the money bags this weekend.   this was on the offical gainsborough page...F A Trophy 4th Rd Gainsborough Trinity v Gateshead or Barrow to be played Tuesday 5th February 7.45pm
(If Gateshead v Barrow is a draw then replay would be Tues 5th Feb with the 4th Rd tie being played on Tuesday 12th February).
all other games as per fixture list .
so lets all head there with monopoly money in hand, and silence the few hundred "home/lincoln" supporters.

The B-Ark / the fa cup , yet still no atmosphere !!!
« on: September 23, 2012, 08:48:02 PM »
Why is it at home games the only time a good, chanting, singing crowd gets going is either for the first 2 mins after kick off or when by the rare chance we get a big supported team come to york st who's fans make the noise hence we try to counter it. yesterday it was the fa cup, one of the greatest competitions in football that there is. yet you would never guess when you heard the crowd. it was never going to lift the team and make the match electric was it ! it shouldn't matter if you play minnows utd with 10 fans tucked away in the corner, or if you play moneybags utd who bring 200+.  we should give the team vocal support via chants/singing etc on all games. so come on fans, lets get the place livened up for the rest of the season. i believe in the old cliché of the 12th man, do you ?!!
