Aren't they mostly versions of Bread of Heaven and Sloop John B but with different words?

Nobody has complained about the ref for a change. Was he any good?

Best ref we've had in the league all season.

It's been confirmed by the club.
White stripes "Seven nations Army" Good choice great tune.

The you tube version is four minutes long. We could be two nil down by the time the players have finished their walk out!

Sounds like we may only have two stands built for next season. Some progress is better than no progress so this is still a good news story. But if the capacity of the ground starts out at only half of what it's going to be, will that hold us back in terms of ground grading and potential to play at higher levels?

First few aways look alright though.
Assuming Spennymoor gets reversed to York St we'll have some tricky looking games at home early on though

Didn't Nantwich set a precedent though? It's more likely Spennymoor game will be postponed and we'lll end up going there in midweek.

How long is his contract at Darlington, then?

Presumably he can't play against them?

Now bookies favourite for the Doncaster Rovers job.

TEP

Would that mean he'd be using the same training facilities as our first team? I wouldn't want to get on any gym equipment after Evans had used it - the equipment is likely to have been considerably weakened.

There's always someone on here that wants to put a downer on what Craig is trying to achieve

Not sure where you're coming from, I'm aware that in the past people have been critical of Craig, the club, the board, etc, but there are no negative comments on this thread. Just factual content and positive encouragement.

Trolls are out.

Where?

In the seven previous posts I see five which are very positive about the new signing and two which are neutral. Posting a factual and informative link to a previous story about a player (and from the BBC no less) is not trolling. Besides, isn't this a positive news story about a, player overcoming previous difficulties?

Grantham make three announcements in one day. Ex Pilgrim Tom Ward is staying at the club, whilst ex Pilgrims Craig Westcarr and Gregg Smith have joined as new signings.

Title was meant as a joke - can't deny though our unfortunate history involving tax evasion, brown envelopes, post office safes, horse murderers and benefit cheats. All in the past, but hard to resist an attempt at a pun when the new signing is named Crook.

Apologies if any offence caused, best wishes to Peter and all of our other new signings.
