Tomorrow Wednesday is the 12 month anniversary of Boston Utd having their last ever FA Cup match and last match with a large crowd due to the Pandemic before moving to the new stadium although Covid19 is still present.

It was a fitting tribute to York Street, without anyone realising what lay ahead.

But at 7.30pm you can watch highlights with commentary of the match here:

I was using my mobile phone to video - but not constantly so missed the sending off of Luke Shiels.  But the double save by Crook is shown both in real time and slow motion as is the KL goal.

The B-Ark / Timms Leaves by mutual consent
« on: January 20, 2014, 03:48:34 PM »
Boston United have severed ties with goalkeeper Ashley Timms by mutual consent.
A statement issued by the Pilgrims this afternoon said: "Boston United Football Club announces that Ashley Timms’ playing contract has been terminated by mutual consent.
“Both parties are pleased that a mutually beneficial arrangement has been reached which will enable Ashley to move forward with his playing career.”
The 28-year-old made 17 appearances for the Pilgrims.

The B-Ark / Lease on Ground
« on: March 17, 2011, 01:49:52 PM »
I was told yesterday, that because of the number of years remaining on the York Street ground lease,  Boston United wouldn't be accepted into the Blue Square Premier.

I can't think this is a problem because no one has mentioned it previously - but can anyone shed any light on the subject - such as do the Blue Square Premier League have any rules relating to minimum years remaining on a Football Ground lease?

O/T - Crawley Town's ground capacity is only 4500 - are they going to move or add additional capacity to their ground, because as far as I am aware the minimum capacity for entry into the Football League is 6500.
