The B-Ark / History Help!

I'm doing my last few write ups on Boston United managers for the match programmes and I'm hoping to add Keith Jobling and Howard Wilkinson. However, there's a gap in my records and I haven't got the details of the changeover from Jobling to Wilkinson. So has anyone got a good memory or a better collection of old programmes than me!

I know Jobling was still manager in January 1975 as he's still down as Manager in the match programme for the Morecambe game on 25th January. Howard Wilkinson was definitely manager for the start of the next season. So was Jobling replaced before the end of the season or did he stay on all the way to the end?

Any help is greatly appreciated as it will help me get the statistics right.

Time to revive this one, but what a difference a week makes with Boston getting a comfortable win today and Stafford getting thrashed at home by Hyde. So feel free to change your predictions. With it now being midweek the attendance will almost certainly be a bit smaller.

Back in the 1970's Boston and Stafford were amongst the top teams in the Northern Premier League and most encounters between the two sides were close. My Computer has this down as a very easy away win. History indicates it's likely to be closer so I'm going for:

Stafford Rangers 1-2 Boston United (422)

Guiseley are having a great season and have only lost two league games all season. My Computer still has this down as a narrow home win, but I just can't see it given Boston's recent poor form so I'm predicting:

The B-Ark / Help with my bit in the match programme

I'm hoping to do a bit on George Kerr for my piece in Saturday's match programme on "The Management". However, I'm missing a detail in my archives. I haven't got the date when George Kerr left and Dave Cusack took over. I know it was January / February time in 1990, but I'm not sure when. I dare say there's someone out there with a better memory than me, so if you can help me out then it would help me get my statistics right!

Just looking at the results that season I wouldn't be surprised if it was after the club got eliminated from the FA Trophy by Macclesfield or the subsequent defeats by Altrincham or Sutton United.
