The B-Ark / Kettering Town

Kettering near their end, only fielded 10 players today.  I never understand why teams can sink this low.  Surely just a team of local lads (ala Durham) should have been fielded weeks ago.  There must be people locally that would fancy a game for free.

Happy Clappers and all that but with SWD in to tackle the lack of goals, A new Right Back to tackle more than thin air and reading that Milnes is on his way back with Semple giving us options in the middle once more.

I'm a lot happier going into tomorrow than recent form should suggest. All that will be lost when it get stood on the terraces of York Street after the first ball is mis-controlled however.

We've got 17 games to catch up 10 points on Nunny.  He's hoping after tomorrow it is 16 games for 7.  :bunny

This reads like the overweight lady is hanging around doing vocal exercises

Also a warning that we don't want to play with the big boys unless we can afford it.

...but someone has form for this sort of thing.

It came as the terraces and stands at York Street erupted in fury at full time as the Merseyside team were engulfed in a hail of abuse over their injury-time winner which inadvertently came from an act of sportsmanship by United's stand-in keeper, Aaron Butcher.

Butcher, just 16 and in after regular goalie Lee Crockett limped off injured at half time, put the ball out of play to allow treatment to an injured away player in stoppage time.

But from the resulting drop-ball, Southport sub Karl Noon ran …

aaaaannnnddddd.....

The Seagulls levelled on the stroke of half-time when Lloyd-McGoldrick’s left-wing cross was bobbled past Bastock from 12 yards by man mountain McEVILLY.

Worse was to follow for the Pilgrims. Nathan Stainfield took out Karl Noon fractionally inside the box and McEVILLY blasted his spot-kick straight down the middle and over the despairing dive of Bastock.

Lest we forget, once a cheating see yooo next tuesday, always a cheating see yooo next tuesday, no surprise that he ended up plying his trade there, they are welcome to him.

It appears that there are forums that invilve real people talking to each other or something like that.

http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/bostonunited/news/united-announce-fans-forum-da-413443.html

What a perfect opportunity for the moaners to vent their spleen and an extra chance for the happy clappers to clap very hard.

Not quite so appealing to me now the chance of verbal warfare and a drunken major backer are subsided.  I wonder if there will be a premiership striker unveiled at this one?

We once had a player with the same name as Barrows goalscorer today.

Was class under Pinky & Perky and showed signs of being a real prospect.

Then something happened and he couldn't hit a cows arse with a bango.  Now he is banging them in at a level up.

Just saying like.

Boston United have signed Grimsby Town striker Sam Mulready on an initial month-long loan deal.
The 18-year-old, who has recently spent a loan spell in the Evo-Stik League with North Ferriby United, has joined the Pilgrims in pursuit of regular first team football.

Mulready was handed a professional contract by Rob Scott and Paul Hurst at the end of last season, although he is yet to figure competitively for the Mariners this campaign.

Subject to the paperwork being rubber-stamped, Mulready will be available for Saturday's trip to Altrincham.

Knowing as we do how quick S&H were to cast off the local youth from our setup.  He might be alright.
