Gainsbrough 0-4 Boston (600) Time for some goals, and what better place to start.

That's brilliant! Surely a worse decision and even more obvious than the Coleman handball.

Do you think a change of direction (Managers) is needed to keep promotion dream alive ??

Surely you're on a wind up mission?

You should of come to Hillsborough all those half way on the train 4 -1 to the owls and a very entertaining match!!!

We eventually found a train back to Manchester after being terminated at Sheff, pleased we went to Bolton though, new ground 'n all.

decent 0-0

For decent read BORING! In my opinion anyway.  The banter between the fans was the most entertaining part for me!

The first half was pretty decent i thought, second half not so, but either side could have nicked it.

Gutted it was off as we were also half way there on the train. Took in Bolton v Wigan in the end, decent 0-0, new ground to tick off the list, so not a bad day.

Thanks for the inspiration! ;D

The Spaniard came to Cannon Park, SUAREZ, SUAREZ!
The Spaniard came to Cannon Park, SUAREZ, SUAREZ!
The Spaniard came to Cannon Park, he tackles and hes scoring too
And Mikel goes back in the box, only to score yet again

Sorry but that's awful ;)

Never miss a home match but I never heard any fan on the terraces accuse any of our contraced players of not trying over the last couple of years.

Everybody tries when they play for Boston, i didn't say that they don't try but your telling me Davidson tries?

Of course Davidson tries, what a strange comment to make. If he didn't try then H&S would get rid straight away.

Davidson on his game is impossible to play against, i'm sure sometimes he tricks himself on what he is doing. I like both him and Suarez, and after 70 mins a swap between them can do the trick. Like we saw at Eastwood for example.

Yesterday was my first game in a while due to other commitments but from the period of 1998-2007 i never missed a home game so im not a part time supporter atall. i sat in the Fantasy Island stand i think it is called now. There was a bloke sat behind me who must have been watching the Wolves vs Liverpool game in the sports bar before hand because he just did not stop moaning at our players the whole game. He was expecting them to do things he had just seen Fernando Torres do, it was utterly abborant the comments he was making.
I had this expirience every week years ago with a few old boys who stood at the half way line at the back of the Spain Road stand. Is there anywhere i can stand/sit now where the fans don't expect the Boston players to produce moments of magic with every touch?

Probably best if you stood in the far right corner of the Spayne Lane terrace, and stand near no-one. But seriously, there does seem to be a strong moaning element at York Street again, we can't win every game. I much prefer away games, where we mostly back our own players.

Scott is an arrogant prick, but we have to accept that but he needs to realise who pays his wages

Harsh! There both doing a great job, I really don't see why anyone is complaining.

maybe they get bored watching their players fall over week in week out?
I really dont know why people continue to moan about this. Every team does it, Its part and parcel of football in the modern day. U will get some and you will not but you wont know untill you fall to try.  We got a free kick on 32 min when semple dived despite the fact there was daylight between there legs throu the whole challange

If you can be clever about it, you can free kicks in good positions, nothing wrong with that, unless it is a blatant dive! Maybe we are too honest at times, have we still not been awarded a penalty yet, that could be why?
