2 buses according to their website

Looks as though Adam has been outsmarted with tactics again .  One to park across each goal .
Must amend my prediction to  0  -  0 .

Funny thing is we must be the only team to park the bus and still ship goals

So what exactly does AM do with the data?

I assume they are used for average positions - so you can see if the centre backs are working as a pair, or if one is dropping deeper, or if strikers are working the channels or staying central, etc.

Or if player leave their own half. We wouldn't have that

Third Twins post re home fixtures before xmas is sobering. Will we pick many points up against those higher placed sides - looks doubtful. So with only one point on the road so far it looks like unrest ahead. The spirit & togetherness in the camp appears dismal. Look at Chapmans & Yeomans recent post match interviews. Yeomans actually looked distressed at the application of others who should be his team mates. We certainly expected more this season but as previously said recruitment is looking average at best & I agree with the big M re defensive tactics & that big gap in midfield that resorts us to the long ball to often.  I'm not even sure about mid table safety now rather wondering if there are 3 worse teams than us that will go down??

With those tactics I can't see how we'll beat many. Also Gainsborough managed a draw at York last night as the give it a go

I went last night and wasn't impressed. Even away, how can you expect to win when all your players spend a lot of time in your own half.
The first goal was a set piece, lets face it we wasn't going to score any other way. Conceded two terrible goals. Lazy defending. However i didn't think Chapman played that bad. Huge issue for me is playing at least seven people behind the ball all the time. We even won a few second balls but couldn't  distribute it as most of our players were in the same area. Then a huge gap to the forwards so were lumping up for Rollings and Hawley to run after. Looked slightly better after the subs went 442 or 433 With Waite seemed far more balanced.

I Thought Beatson put a decent performance in as did Hemmings. Yeomans also worked hard but his interview seemed to suggest others can't be bothered

Says he'll make changes if needed I'd say that time has come
I think it came some time ago. Let's hope he does it, rather than just saying it.

Fair point. I'd start by getting some movement in midfield. Or maybe not playing a flat back 7

Fully understandable due to long and tiring journey but no one who attended the match has given us their views on the performance .     Hopefully we receive a few in due coarse .

The highlights are up so you can watch this in all it's glory. My highlight is Chapman just giving up for the fifth goal

I think Steve Housham will be on his best behaviour tonight .

Hope those who participate in shouting abuse at either team manager gives it a rest tonight and watch a game of football instead .

I like Housham. Also his teams always give it a real go

Hawley and Murray are both dead miserable. Has anyone ever seen either of them smile? Not that having a laugh is everything but it's got to help?

On another note, Yeomans hasn't been involved at all this season. He really improved last season and I note he only signed a 3 month deal. How do people think he compares to his replacement cos I quite rated him

Told me Tuesday hes injured

League forces clubs to film the full game and send them to scout7 tool by 11pm that night, unless it is a night game of course.
Clubs are not allowed to put their highlights up until a certain time but before that the league will put their version of highlights up on the league website.

Kicking off a bit as volunteers who film games get no credit or payments for doing this and the clubs are hit because they'll lose traffic from people who can see it on another site earlier. Sponsors and all that.

Ah I see. Interesting. Who edits the highlights? Whoever it was somehow decided Brody Robertson's pretty astonishing miss with that free header from eight yards wasn't worthy of a highlight, yet some deflected shots that hit the Stump were! Bizarre.

Does it show the blatant foul on Tshimanga as he outsprinted the Alfreton defence.  The ref bottled the red card I feel.

It does he cant claim that was a genuine attempt to play the ball.

Think I read somewhere that Telford have signed a player from Grantham. Now if that player is good enough for Conference North, wouldn't you have thought he'd have been on our radar first? And if he's local, wouldn't you have thought he'd favour us over a club the other side of Birmingham? Just makes me wonder if our budget isn't competitive enough to get some signings over the line?

He is a top quality winger. Can take people on and scores

Was flicking around on twitter last night and came across a tweet from our old player Gary Mallender who is Barnsley-based. He made some very positive comments about Cowgill, who never really got the chance he deserved at Barnsley.

I'm certainly more optimistic about the Cowgill signing than I am about the other three. Two players coming in from a side which only just avoided relegation and another probably coming from Mansfield for one last pay day - not entirely convinced about any of them. But at least Cowgill seems to tick the right boxes.

With a 10k a week budget not a problem for them

People do always moan we need experience.

Also Louis Briscoe signs for Stafford Rangers
Shame about Briscoe, too good to be at Stafford.
