The B-Ark / Under 21's last night
« on: December 04, 2014, 08:49:31 AM »
Marc Newsham and David Fallah scored in an impressive 5-0 under-21s victory against the England Fire Service Representative side.

In addition to Newsham's and Fallah's goals youth team striker Louis Saebe along with trialists Robert Nnaji and Cameron Heap helped the under-21s to a comprehensive victory against the English Fire Service Representative side. The game also assisted in Jamie McGhee, Sam Vince and David Fallah along with Newsham gain a valuable 90 minutes football.

The next under-21s game for Glen Maddison's side is next Tuesday evening (9th December) when they take on a strong Grimsby Town XI at The Jakemans Stadium with a 7pm kick-off.

« on: November 06, 2014, 02:32:17 PM »
THANK YOU!  :)
Just thought I would say a big thankyou to everyone who turned up last night to enjoy another brilliant fireworks display.
Well done Craig in organising a well run event, and many thanks to all the volunteers who helped to put on, in my opinion a great show for the people of Boston. Great value entertainment.
Just remember next time to buy your tickets in advance to save standing in the queue for a long time!
Any comments are more than welcome because we can only learn from people's comments ...good or bad!
Keep supporting The Pilgrims!

The B-Ark / Re: U21's Tonight at The Jakemans Stadium
« on: September 23, 2014, 08:55:52 AM »
Good game to watch, end to end. Probably should have been 3-0 up before half time on good chances created.
Niall Doran showed what a talent he can be with a superb performance in the second half, playing against kids his same age he looked a class above, it's still a bit different in the Conference North. Promising signs though especially from trialists coming in and showing what they can do, as well as giving 5 or 6 first teamers some fitness.

All in all a really good nights entertainment, keep coming through the turnstiles and showing your support, it is very much appreciated, not just by the club but by the young players out there on the pitch.

Great to see my old striking partner Paul Wilson who is head of the Academy at Doncaster Rovers and also has Ronnie Reid working under him, who some of you younger ones may not know is a former United player and manager.

The B-Ark / Martyn Gill
« on: July 15, 2014, 08:35:06 AM »
Did anyone see former United midfielder Martyn Gill on Calendar last night. He had donated £5k to local schools to improve grass roots football in South Yorkshire. He was a classy centre midfielder in the 80's.

Don't forget tonight's BUFC Fans Forum 7pm in The Pilgrim Lounge!
Should be interesting hearing about The Quadrant from Chairman David Newton & Vice Chairman Neil Kempster, BUSA news from Chairman Glen Chapman ...and football news from Manager Dennis Greene.
Come along for an informative night.

Thankyou everyone for your support so far, like Mickey Nuttells Hair says 'pass it on to your friends and get them to support the Quadrant'. This has to go through to keep our club alive, because you have to believe me it will not survive without the new stadium!
