WILL WE GET THREE POINTS THIS WEEK AGAINST ANOTHER SMALL CLUB ?  WITH A FAN BASE OF ONLY AROUND 200 PEOPLE ? SURLEY THEIR INCOME IS FAR BLELOW OURS ? EVEN IF WE HAVE GOT DEBTS TO CLEAR. THESE TEAMS WE ARE FAILING TO BEAT AT HOME, CANT BE ON THE SAME WAGES HAS BOSTON, WITH ONLY 2OO FANS GOING THROUGH THE TURNSTILES & THEIR ENTRY PRICES £SS BELOW BOSTONS.
SURLEY WE ARE IN A POSITION TO SIGN PLAYERS EQUAL TO SOME OF THE PLAYERS THAT HAS GIVEN US THE RUNAROUND IN PREVIOUS HOME GAMES ?

I sent an email to the FA complaining about the poor standard of refereeing at the Boston v Retford game on Tuesday It basically said, 'decisions were not made that should have been made. Some decisions made were clearly rediculous and indicated the inability of the ref to demonstrate a knowledge of fouls and violent misconduct. After some tackles it was a toss of a coin which way the decision went. The result was not decided by the ability of the teams but by the ref. It was an absolute disgrace to witness such a performance by an approved official.
The referee was so incompetent at his job that he needs bringing to your attention'.

I asked for a complaints procedure where I would have gone into specifics ie. two footed lunge, elbowing and the dugout incident. I didn't expect a reply but received one today. At least someone read my email.
Can't get the reply on this page so I will condense it and put it on another posting.

Ah, but the assessor will have seen that the ref was wearing the requisite kit, and started the game on time, and duly given him 9 out of 10 based on that alone!

Also, given the incident at the dug out, both teams are bound to say that he was great - it might mean that he doesn't mention the aforesaid melee' in his report!!!!!

Ever wondered how many stadiums you've been to? Tick them off on the "Ground Log Day" feature on the www.WeWillFollow.co.uk website.

All current and old grounds listed, and we have an overall and United only leaderboard. It's free, just go to the site, stick in your name and club and tick away.

Would like to see Boston on the leaderboard, over 3000 on the site so far.

I don't really need to pay a tenner to find out I've been to 129 grounds (and I'm sure there are many on here who've been to many more) but thanks for the offer.

I'm pleased that you said that - because I thought that I was doing something wrong when it said I had to pay £10.00!!  Obviously I didn't pay - why would you???
