From the Linnets site

Linnets' News

Boston United offer
In a very sporting gesture, Boston United have offered free entry to Lynn season ticket holders for their Boxing Day game against Stocksbridge Park Steels.

I hope a lot of them take us up on it.

having not seen the event before I was wel impressed with it all.
Nice atmosphere, a laugh, the market - good
Looking forward to taking the lad and his girlfriend up next year to run it:)
well done to all

lets sponsor an Akinfenwa slim
£10 per Drew Broughton goal
Make the Lynn fans pay to get out on Boxing day
And of course a bucket collection

A journey of a 1000 miles starts with the first step  :)

It showed the steel work already erected for a 6000 all seater. Someting about the size we would/will be looking at I would guess.
Bit blown away by the £12 mill.
Thats a lot of Santas!
Or a lot of cooperation between every fan, council, Chestnuts, fa, lottery grants, etc etc.
Just glad we've got the Chestnuts at the helm - they may pull it off. But not on their own.

1) the size of Akinfenwa - he is huge
2) Morcambe building a £12 million stadium.

Spoke to one or two around me on Sat who all thought it a good idea.
Any one in the middle geographically might decide to carry on coming for the rest of the season

bit harsh compareing Lynn fans with the guy who almost (read other posts ref trust meeting) took the club down.
I personally think its a good idea, after all where else have they got to go? Wisbech, Holbeach?
if an offer of this kind is forthcoming maybe they'll come again

is this possibly THE most important thread on here?
Newcastle Blue Star
Kings Lynn
Burscough (dodgy)
Worksop (dodgy)
Chester (dodgy)
Portsmouth (possibly dodgy)
Darlo (dodgy)
Crystal Palace (possibly dodgy)
there are probably more
Dont let us get on the above list. Strong leadership from the Chestnuts has got us in a lot better position than we were (bit of understatement there!)
But it stills needs more imput be it financial/ideas/volunteering.
try and get there - dont wait till Fathers Day again

was it a bit ironic that the "refs" name was P BOOKER?
maybe he should change it to P TAKER?
fancy booking 4 (four) of our smashin' lads - disgrace!

That already amounts to a six-figure sum. And they are also due an as yet unpaid £70,000 share of the £1m payment kindly made by the Premier League in September to help all 68 Conference football clubs cope with their 'current financial difficulties'.
And the prem paid 70 mill to agents!
disgrace

Quote Peter Swann
"I don't know why he said it. We are sitting here planning for a new stadium in a few years' time and we have a good squad. What he has said could unnerve (our) supporters.

What the 26 hardy ones who found their way to Boston on Boxing Day?
