Both teams possibly over achieved last year
Both teams sold their best player
Both teams "second" striker suffers long term injury
Both teams get a Mohican sporting replacement.

Our Mohican has scored, theirs hasn't.
They've spent a fortune on replacements. We can't
We sit higher in our league than they do
We have potential to finish in top 6, arguably Liverpool will struggle.

Is Brendan Rogers useless or is DG brilliant?

Thought Conor Marshall was excellent and deserved his MOM.
Credit to him by beating a Hat trick hero who himself worked tirelessly for himself and the rest of the team.
You can only beat what's in front of you and we did (although laboured at times)
Sorry to see SV let himself and the team down......a lesson learned, he had played well today.
