Yep, Adam Murray just been interviewed on radio lincs, Boston were happy to play it, so was ref, some reason Chorley didn't fancy it, maybe they should compensate their supporters who travelled as well as our catering losses.

Apparently they had no striker available today. We could of given them Colley  ;D

Since when did players dictate whether a game goes ahead or not. If Chorley have somehow influenced the refs discussion to call the game off then that's farcical. I've seen the video Micks posted and it looks playable. Feel for the fans of both teams that have travelled long distances and spent money for today's non event.

On the plus side, if I were Chorley I wouldn't fancy travelling down here for a Tuesday night game. Advantage BUFC   ;)

I almost put his name forward the other day but with him still being employed elsewhere I decided not to. That's three of us who would be willing to see him given a chance. Surely Ferriby wouldn't release him yet and wouldn't we have to compensate them for taking him ?

You mean like you have with your calculated guesswork. What are you exactly ? Bostons very own judge rinder ? You've not presented any facts on this debate yourself GHM.

Well done to the benefit system and us hard working tax payers who continue to fund a work shy individual on here so he can watch football matches while the rest of us have to pay our way.

My lad and I going, hopefully be there around 12ish, maybe try out the armoury pub for Manchester derby, I'll be more than happy to come away with a point.

You can't go wrong with the armoury. It's a proper rough and ready boozer. The beers decent and reasonably pricred. Never had any issues with the locals in there when we've been before. Have a good trip.

Sorry to hear about ths shambolic behaviour towards you Mel. Anyone that knows you, knows what a great ambassador and dedicated fan you are. When will the club eradicate this disease from our club.

In the meantime I guess we wait to hear from his right hand man on here for a statement. No doubt he'll be asking for proof  ::)

But what I would like to see are more updates from the club regards the new ground and the future - I think patience with austerity Boston is starting to wear thin, but that needn't be the case if we had more of an idea exactly where we are on this long journey back to the Conference. I feel the long term vision has been lost. People would be more willing to accept defeat if they knew where it fit into the grand scheme of things, and how it was part of a wider 'vision'...

Completely agree with you on this. Seems the club don't share the same views on transparency and openness. They are however quite happy to take more money from us fans. A fans forum would be an ideal platform to discuss the points you've raised. Seems like quite a while since I attended the last one. I walked out feeling the heiracy of the club was a closed book only willing to tell us what they were prepared to and quite happy to keep us mere mortals in the dark.

Losing 3 nil. Not ideal

Make that 4-0, shocking ! Early season clear out might be needed, and for me, someone that is normally positive, that is hard to say trust me.  We need a leader at the back,  Pearson at Grimity is not getting a look in at the min...  We need a goalscorer... :(

3 games in and you're already thinking about clearing out players. Aren't most of the team on 1 year deals anyway ? Who'd want to play for us with fans like you. Give them a chance man.
