I have supported the United for over 65 years, have been a season ticket holder for many years and have followed them all over the country - and Wales. That is the worst performance I have ever seen from us. I had thought our problem could be we needed a target striker, but today even the defence was disgraceful. On the way back from the match I kept saying we can only get better, but on that showing I have serious doubts we can

Certainly we have been playing some fantastic football which is crying out to be watched by fans in the ground. However, what does concern me is that the goals conceded last night and against Telford were long range shots by a player who was not being properly marked. No blame attached to our goalkeeper, but we must not let the opposition have these opportunities. Or am I being too hard?

Have read a visiting supporter who went to buy a ticket for the stand on the match day when segregation was in place was told that it was not available for visiting supporters. However, when he pointed out that there was no mention of such a restriction on the web site he was allowed to buy one.
Personally, I would buy my ticket on line in advance.

With our match called off yesterday, decided to look at some early recordings of the Dream Team TV series. To my surprise and delight the first one I played included a very eloquent Jim Smith playing himself as manager of Derby County when Hartchester bought Sturridge!

If you can get to/from Spalding then your train journey from there would be relatively simple, with no replacement bus required.
