Fantastic achievement by GC, his staff and the team! He got the best out of what he had and has the summer now to strengthen the club with a purpose - full time in Step 1 is more appropriate than full time in Regional Non-League football.
Sadly, for me, my newly reformed Norwich United first team failed to get promotion out of Feeder League (formerly Step 7) football this campaign despite promising so much pre-season. Therefore we will have another season of (mostly) "recreation ground with a rope around the pitch" football with only one official appointed to look forward to - albeit in an enclosed stadium graded for Isthmian League football with seating, floodlights, a bar and huge car park. What a waste.

It begs the question, why did we not go full time before the start of this season? I'm always concerned about going full-time whilst playing regional non-league football and the number of clubs that have done this in the past and come unstuck. Really, really hope we can avoid the drop this campaign. Good news about the proposed completion of the stadium.
