Great win for Reserves the other night, played some good football first half but took their foot off the gas second half, Ogden needs a run with the first team for me, far to good for Lincs league much better than French, also Grant Butler played well in the centre of the park, he has come back after being away for a season, and looks a lot more grown up, good game and well worth a couple of pounds.

I agree with Spannerman we should have been winning at half time, but the second half was not very good !

Went to watch the Reserves last night at Horncastle and they came out winner 4-2, played some good football under new manager Martin Bunce with some fresh faces on show with some good performances.

Today I wet across to watch Sleaford Town in the FA Cup, Sleaford beat Holwell Sports 2-0 and they were good value for the win, with last seasons Reserve midfielder Richard Jackson the best player on the park, Tony edwards also scored and set the first goal up. Micky Stones came on for ten minutes at the end, but got sent off with a minute to play, after getting his second yellow card for elbowing the centre Half. The old United Reserves played there part, good entertaining game.

Never heard of him! But I suggest you would be better of signing Ken Dodd than I reserve players!
Come on KON thats a little harsh, try being a little positive at some stage during your life, I'm sure if you ever watched a Reserve game, you may like it?

All the best to Martyn, hope all goes well for the lad and we keep performing and bring the youths through the system. Also I would like to wish Glen all the best at Sleaford Town next season.

last game of the season, i'm going over with the lad to watch this one, it was a good battle at York street early in the season, lets get over and support the Reserves today. All the best lads.

Very surprised about Baz and Semple, think Austin, Burge and Parker will be let go also. I cannot see the club being able to afford Church, Grimsby's wage bill must be 4 times what the wage bill is at Boston. All the best Canners, Bazza, Semple and Hall.

NF talking rubbish, Ive been away all week just looked at this thread the score at Hyde was flattering for Hyde, the ref did his best to help Hyde in the second half and I would expect that he had a good drink out with them on the Saturday night.
Hyde have received over 75K from Man City this season plus get help in other ways from them. As it has been said on this thread we are lucky to have a club. It looks to me that the club is building from the bottom and we are just out of the ground.
Could we survive in the Conf Prem? Yes I would say so, but am I looking through rose tinted glasses, it would be hard really hard for the club but i'm sure that we will get there again.
If we are lucky and good enough to go up next season there is every chance that we would struggle and then NF, KON and DT WOODHALL will really moan as they will think we should be in league 2, no pleasing some people.
Keep up the good work Mr Newton.

I watched the Reserves last week against Grimsby Borough and I know they lost but they did play some nice football (mainly in the first half) and should have won the game hands down. I think the lad that played at right back last week was Mark Thompson who they have signed from Skegness Town, quite a big lad with short hair, he played well last week also.

Scouse, go away, you are boring and a just a shit stirring tit. Maybe Chris, Neil and Sir David have better things to do than answer your silly question, like washing the pots after tea.

Watched the reserves today romp to a 6-0 win and they played very well, with some great goals, Jackson's the pick of the lot with a 30 yard half volley, also young Jordan Nuttell played up front for 45 minutes and looked very good and scored a good goal but he was only around 20 yards out, left at final whistle and watch Boston Town in the second half and saw Micky Nuttell play nearly as well as his son but without the goal, they drew 1-1.
