Oh I think they've some money coming in from deals that have already been agreed , rumour is Tubbs is off along with one or two others to fund next season.

Brodie's gone on loan to Fleetwood for the season so expect they'll sign at least one striker

Not too sure on Swindon, DiCanio's an absolute headcase. They could easily implode again.

There was an article in this weekend's Non League Paper detailing some defender who Alfreton have released, can't remember his name but he said he wanted to remain part-time and stay in the BSBN. Looking for a club.

So..ehh...him. Is that any good?  :)

Just seen on Sky Sports News that he's been released by Scunny. Anyone reckon he'd be willing to drop down to the Blue Square North? Would be a good signing imo

On another note, are we expecting a new kit for the coming season?

check the grassy knoll and the chips and curry  :bunny

Shoudln't be, this years is only 1 year old think they have to do 2yrs to be fair to the fans.

Fraid that's not true anymore, there's no regulations on how long kits must be worn for

The B-Ark / Boston United set to submit ground plans
« on: March 30, 2011, 04:39:14 PM »
Boston United chairman David Newton says the Pilgrims could submit a planning application for a new ground by the end of the year.

United have seven years left to run on the lease agreement at their current York Street home.

Newton told BBC Lincolnshire: "It [the ground] is a priority because time is ticking on the lease.

"We want to be in a new ground as it's a key part of our plans to move the club forward."

Newton added that a preferred location has been selected from a shortlist of three and that the new site would be "mixed-use with some commercial development".

He continued: "We want to move forward, but equally it's got to be affordable and viable.

"We'd like to think we'd get that resolved and put a planning application in this year.

"It's got to be paid for and that's got to be from enabling works and other funding as well."

York Street owners the Malkinson family have already told Boston that they must vacate the ground when the lease expires.

Not sure if this is new news or not, but Craig posted the link on Twitter. Thoughts?

Hasn't played a game since being released by Corby in 2009...?!

His match fitness has to be terrible in that case, can't see him getting a game in all honesty

The B-Ark / Re: Drury has no interest in vacant job with Pilgrims

Craig said on Twitter that there was "no chance" that Drury was the favourite. Think he's just decided to throw some weight behind any possible move himself, perhaps just to raise his profile, perhaps to negotiate an improved contract at Corby. I don't know.

Ryan Semple also added "you gotta be shittin' me Craig"  :D
