The B-Ark / Town end
« on: September 02, 2016, 10:20:02 PM »
Looks like bufc have allocated the town end to the 100 odd fcum united supporters tomorrow for "safety reasons", could someone explain what these are, do they have a hard-core hooligan support that we need to be segregated from, highly unlikely from what I've experienced home and away, very knowledgeable set of fans who have always integrated well with Boston supporters.
Struggling in the league at the moment and they give away our home end and atmosphere to the away supporters, unbelievable.

The B-Ark / Boston memorabilia info

Father in law has recently passed away and while sorting through some of his belongings we came across an old ticket stub for the tottenham v boston united fa cup game in 1956, anybody know whether it is worth anything or is it destined for the bin, NF might know if he still posts on here with him being an avid programme collector.

The B-Ark / Town end

See we have lost the town end tomorrow because the local constabulary :police: deem that the 150 so Stockport fans uncontrollable, bloody disgrace, have stood there all season with my lad who loves hanging his flag up,so on the assumption of some non existent hooligan problem he has been denied this pleasure, seriously considering giving it a miss tomorrow.

The B-Ark / Lincoln v Wrexham
« on: August 19, 2011, 10:06:03 PM »
Just watched the game and  Lincoln lose yet again  :), if that is the standard of football we have to aspire to of BSP then I can't see any problems, honestly think Boston would have have give any two of them a close match, Lincolns only real decent player being Smith up front apart from that they were pretty shite, Fowler for Wrexham probably being their best player, seemed a  great deal of hoof football, especially Lincoln, who's only real efforts on goal were scrambles in the 18 yard box, feeling a lot more positive that if we were to  progress to the next level that we would hold our own quite comfortably.

The B-Ark / kids tickets
« on: April 17, 2010, 06:25:53 PM »
Well what a fookin farce that was, got there at 2-45 saw there was a massive queue, told my lad to pay at gate as turnstile was empty, got turned away as told he needed a ticket. Get to 3-00 some  comedian says that adults can pay at the gate, would he be so kind to say who is going to buy my sons ticket while im inthe ground. 3.10 finally at ticket office, enquire why my son couldn't pay at turnstile, told there was insufficient turnstiles, sorry but they were empty, asked for a discount as missed the first goal, got a very abrupt "NO", extremely pissed off as were a number of other fans with their kids who I doubt will bother coming again, sorry to put a downer on an otherwise fantsastic day, but come on BUFC, get it sorted.

The B-Ark / Axe and Cleaver (Non Football topic)
« on: January 09, 2010, 05:14:08 PM »
After no game today been sat inside bored silly flicking through the sky channels trying to find something mildy interesting to watch, only so many time team programmes you can view without them repeating themselves.

Now I may be mad but seriously considering venturing out from my little hovel here in kirton towards Boston (need my fix of the town somehow) and onto the Axe for some entertainment, any kind soul know who is playing tonight if indeed there is anyone playing, cheers.

The B-Ark / Ashton Support
« on: October 10, 2009, 11:46:25 PM »
Must say was extremely dissappointed with Ashtons travelling support today, for a team that is top of the table and supposedly playing good attractive football, a total turn out of 2 away fans (well thats what i counted) is a F*!king embarrassment, I can only congratulate the 2 brave soles who bothered to turn up, would have been nice to have a song from you though.  :)

No this is short notice but my son and I were due to go to the test next sunday August 9th, now owing to family commitments we are unable to attend, if anyone would like the tickets there  going for £70 the pair normal cost £100 both adult tickets in the family stand, would rather they went to someone who can use them than throw them away. PM me a contact phone number if your insterested. Thanks Steviemas
