The B-Ark / Darlington

Second half was probably the worst I have seen this season. Darlington manager changed the system and they outplayed us. We couldn't even get out of our half! I actually thought we were a disgrace....no effort, no fight no pride and to think some of those wasters have signed for next season!

Absolutely gutted.

For goodness sake Craig do something!!!

Just listened to his post Blyth interview (twice!)

As always refreshingly honest and to the point.

BUT......

Why has he signed players who he is clearly saying are not good enough for this league?

I do like him and his blunt honesty, but must confess am very concerned about next season. I took solace in the fact that he was let down badly by some big names at the start of the season (and you could see none of them were prepared to get stuck in!) but why is he signing players who are patently not good enough at this level.

Of course there are exceptions, but you get my point......

How unlucky was that....stonewall penalty and Jay hits the post....

Best I have seen them play this season.

Wish we had a real goalscorer!

I really like this guy. Just listened to his interview and he was brutally honest....no excuses...players not showing enough commitment...

I am sure he will develop a good side for us.

I was feeling very optimistic until today.

Dreadful performance, outplayed and out fought. We couldn't string two passes together.

Very disappointing....

There's been a massacre.....

Absolute disgrace.......6-1 at half time........Feel sorry for the travelling support.

Lets hope they play for some pride in second half.

Second half was the worst I've seen for a long time......

At the end of last season had high hopes for a big season this time around, but it's been woeful.

Am having trouble following the Managers logic (if he has any)....losing 1-2 and he takes an attacking player off and replaces him with a defensive midfielder....

Why bring Walker back if he isn't going to play him?

Huge disappointment......

Went to see the game yesterday......it was awful.

The last game was awful.......

It's not just that we don't have anyone who can do something special, or that we appear to have a team full of ordinary players, but what a ridiculous way to set up the team playing at home against a poor side!

One slow frontman with a touch like a donkey, who heads it forward only to discover that his team mates are behind him, no width etc etc.

Why oh why do we play with one up front and a packed midfield....fair enough away from home, but for pity's sake we were at home.

Whitby are hardly the most testing of opponents, in fact they were a VERY poor side.

Then we get all the rubbish on here about "give them time" and "critics are not true supporters"....well I've been a supporter since the halcyon days of Jim Smith and I think we have the most ordinary team I've ever seen and the most boring, defensive tactics imaginable (and that includes the fear based set up adopted by Thompson).

I never thought I'd say it about Boston United, but it's game over for me, until we can see a modicum of entertainment on a Saturday.

For pity's sake Hurst and Scott do something positive at home!!!

I guess the most disappointing aspect of a tedious game was that we set up not to lose. with 5 across midfield and a lone striker.

I hope this is not the way we approach home games in the future.............
