The B-Ark / Pilgrim lounge tonight, a bit frustrating
« on: October 13, 2009, 08:52:58 PM »
Had to wait too long for service tonight, no criticism of the hard working three behind the bar, just frustrating that there are as many people making food with no one waiting as there are serving thirsty punters. I think some mult skulking needed, and someone having a look at where the demand is at 7.15. There where enough staff just in the wrong places.
If the lounge is seen as a revenue stream watching people leave ( will they bother again?). Leaves a bitter taste and it wasn't the batemans!

The B-Ark / Lincs FM
« on: September 19, 2009, 06:04:02 PM »
I happened to pop lincsFM on my radio in the car on my way home

not a mistake I will make again after a game, I have no idea who the presenter was, but he went on to state that Boston had a great result against a string team, having a great season, he was talking about Whitby! I can honestly say this guy was a bloody clueless. He shouldn't be on a Saturday afternoon show with his hapless views.
As the BBC have also adandoned us, can we please have our own local radio station

Well here we go again industrial action hits the poor football fan

I dont mind people being in a union, in fact much of todays workers rights where born out of union action, but bloody hell here we are in a recession and the tube workers want 4% pay rise, gaurentee (sorry can never spell that word) that no redundancies despite them being over staffed by over 1000 people, and this is the deal clincher, reinstate two union members who are suspended, both for serious breaches, one for opening the doors on the wrong side, and the other currently due to goto court for theft.

I and tens of thousands of other who do enjoy watching england play ( well as much as you can enjoy it), now will be stuck in jams miles long. The irony is that less than 15% of the members voted!! thats bloody democracy in action.

Rant over, bloody wan**rs
