The B-Ark / Semi Final Play Off v AFC Fylde
« on: May 16, 2022, 04:37:01 PM »
If anyone is interested, I`ve posted some of my photos on my Facebook page. Just go onto Facebook and look for my name "Edwin Killick". There`s not many of the actual match because their manager insisted on standing in front of where I was sat and blocked my view for most of the game. At least the celebrations after the match were better.

Anybody know what his present position is? Is he likely to play for us ever again? If so, when? We have certainly missed his speed down the flanks.

The B-Ark / Southport game

Fellow pilgrims travelling to the game should be aware that Southport play in black and amber so probably best to avoid this clothing if possible to avoid making the mistake I made several years ago. Incidentally what is Boston's away strip so I can be prepared?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the club`s new web site harder to navigate than the old one?

Sacked their manager and assistant manager one hour after their game today had been postponed. This is in spite of him having taken Fylde from a village side a few years ago to where they are now. Would have thought they would have given him a few more matches to sort themselves out like Morecambe have done.

With George on loan to Trinity, who will be on the bench as our reserve goalkeeper?

Went to St. Annes carnival this morning. Fylde were well represented with four of their cars and their minibus in the procession. They gave out free T shirts and flags the size of television screens with their name on. They have also built a new stand on their ground for the coming season. Hope for their sake the bubble doesn't burst !

Does anyone know whether he is still on our books? I may have missed it but I haven't seen anything about him recently.

Seasons greetings to all Pilgrim fans, players and officials, not forgetting Ken Fox, without whom you would not be reading this. Here's hoping we crawl out of the relegation zone ASAP.

The B-Ark / Injury Problems
« on: August 21, 2016, 09:46:49 PM »
I cannot understand the number of injuries we have had since the start of the season. We might just as well field our reserve side.  Don`t we have access to a full-time physio? If not, why not? Surely the players themselves must shoulder some responsibility for not keeping themselves fit during pre season.

I see he has decided NOT to join Oldham Athletic after extensive negotiations. Check out their web site.
