Would you keep him?
Based on what I've seen I wouldn't. Doesn't look fit and hasn't done much
I think the fact he is an automatic pick means we have to play 3 central midfielders as he's not mobile enough for 4 4 2
On another note I thought yesterday's formation was a car crash. It's all well and good the manager banging on about the players not being good enough but the formation was his creation. No wonder we look like a poor side. We just got nicely settled defensively then he changes it all. Sure errors from Batch to lose his man got goal one, then sloppiness from Nat and Hilly for 2 and 3 didn't help, but the way we lined up was alien to the players. Too much tinkering for me

these are just my thoughts. but interested to know other peoples views of course it isn't up to me though!

hilliard fairhurst maguire clarke st juste wildin marshall bishop and chippendale
I WOULD GIVE THE FOLLOWING A CHANCE IN PRE SEASON BECAUSE OF INJURY
pepe roberts burgess
THE FOLLOWING LOANEES FATE MAY BE DECIDED BY PARENT CLUBS SO NOT OUR CALL
mani robinson gatter
I AM 50/50 ON KEEPING
gordon briscoe brown and emery (he may just want to play somewhere rather than sub up)
AND WOULD OFFER TO RETAIN
thomas rollins yeomans durrant batchelor chapman adams hawley (in dual coach/ sub capacity) payne (as GK cover as he will improve). of course we already have vinno gregg and broadhead tied down
of course some of those who we offer may not want to stay. but these are just my views. let me know yours fellow pilgrims. great support yesterday by the way people. big congrats to those drumming/ singing- made for a fine atmosphere

after 13 games under AM, just a reflection on his tenure
won 4 drawn 3 lost 6. scored 13, conceded 17
emphasis seems to have been on 'keeping it tight' rather than going for it
the issue to me seems to be in the goals scored area as with goals against, we've conceded 1 goal or less 9 times (2 clean sheets and 7 singles) but we've failed to score 6 times
we should have got something more from the games with darlington tamworth fcum halifax altrincham and possibly nuneaton if we'd finished better so i think we have a relatively solid defensive unit. aside from harrogate we've not been well beaten by anyone so i feel there are some good signs- especially with the horrendous injury list we've had and continue to have
let's get behind the manager and the lads for the rest of the season and see what next season brings eh?
