The B-Ark / V Cleethorpes

After 45 minutes I am beginning to wonder if during training sessions we ever practice shooting and heading the ball at a goal mouth. If the goal was 10 foot taller Abbott would have had 3 by now. I still expect us to win but it’s worrying for the league where it really matters. A couple of weeks ago someone on here asked if the wheels had come off KL trolley. I ask have the wheels come off Our trolley. Before slagging me off just remember, this is Cleethorpes we are playing, 2 leagues below us.

Suspect that game may be called off. Pitch must still be very soft and more rain expected in the morning. Hope I’m wrong. This long run of wet weather causing postponements will surely need addressing by the fa.

My biggest concern will be their No 18. Can’t remember his name. I appreciate our defence are good but he was their target man and because of his height was winning nearly all of the high crosses. Are there any 7foot players we could borrow to take him out of the equation.
According to our chairman it could be on tv.
Ps what a fantastic performance on Saturday. Wouldn’t want Craig’s job though, picking a team to win on Saturday and keeping the right players fit and uninjured for the replay

I appreciate the players are paid to do a job but I hope there is a bit of consideration for the players running around in what is expected to be a very hot afternoon. The heat will have a bearing on both sides performances. Would you want to run around in about 29 degrees of heat. I may even look for a seat in the shade.

Must be true. Just heard Allot saying that their  ambition for promotion sold the move to him. Doesn’t say much for us if that’s right.
