If the players are as arrogant as this it might work in our favour...

The B-Ark / Exodus!
« on: June 04, 2011, 12:52:02 PM »
I thought if we kept most of our squad together we'd have a good go at getting promotion next season but with Yates, Clarke, Church and probably Murphy and Pearson going the managers have got quite a rebuilding job on their hands...lets hope they can use their contacts to get some good replacements in. Surely Eastwood are ripe for the picking?

The B-Ark / Now that Lincoln are non-league
« on: May 12, 2011, 11:18:45 AM »
I trust the Lincs Echo will be removing the separate Lincoln City tab on their website? The non-league section now applies to all the clubs it covers!

The B-Ark / What's gone wrong?
« on: February 15, 2011, 08:39:10 PM »
Since the enforced winter break we've been poor. Is it that teams have sussed us out or is the loss of McKeown too big to take? He was quality and gave the defence confidence....any chance of getting him back?!

The B-Ark / Is no one else concerned at the behaviour of Rob Scott?
« on: August 09, 2010, 05:41:37 PM »
First of all, let me make it clear that I think Rob Scott and Paul Hurst have been a breath of fresh air since they joined the club. They've handled themselves well, made good decisions and assembled a promotion-winning team.

However, I am a bit worried about the behaviour of Scott on the touchline. I didn't go to Gainsborough so can't comment on his sending off but I was at Sheffield a couple of weeks ago to see him aggressively lambasting both referee and linesman throughout the course of the game.

It's great to have a passionate manager but at Sheffield he reminded me a bit of You Know Who. Is it time for the Chairman to have a quiet word in his ear? It'd be a shame to let down all the good work they've done rebuilding the club by getting a reputation again....

The B-Ark / Forum links

Any chance of the links across the bottom being updated? They look decidedly more tinpot than they should at the moment....Ashton United? Who are they?!

I went to Rotherham's play-off win against Aldesrhot last night and in the programme there's a great two page article about us. As usual Paul Hurst comes across very well and after talking about the season just gone, he went on to say that he and Scott are targeting a return to the Conference and, one day, The League with Boston.

Other points of interest from the programme were that Lincoln only took 189 to Don Valley [although it was on a Tuesday night], Morecambe brought 91 on a Saturday and our old friends Dagenham managed just 29 [twenty nine], again on a Tuesday night.
