If there'd been a few more about like oxo back in the dark days of Evans,Sotnick,Rodwell and Lavaflow maybe just maybe the rotten regime wouldn't have got away with what they did. Sadly the place was awash with apologists and lick spittle's who were all for giving Evans 'a second chance'..........

who can ever forget Monty giving the crook his Champagne , apologists doesnt even come close to what they should be called

Rammy,

I think at least one of his cronies has moved to the south of France to start his own business installing telegraph poles.

DL

installing telegraph poles ? you mean like Sky install a satellite dish ? most bizarre thing ive ever heard , but then again look who wrote it

Roaster had his day , bottled it , went mad , clutched at straws and finally sulked his way back into a cheap bottle of plonk . He's about as significant now as he was then .

because that wouldn't feed the over inflated ego , expect Roosters other two cronies to pop up soon to start giving him some backing unless the luxury liner on the broads is still pike fishing

In fairness OP the problems with Rams Trust are far more than just apathy , political scheming and a complete mistrust by the organised protest body that eventually got rid of the crooks at Derby are still very remembered . On a few lists i'm member of the mere name RamsTrust is banned because of the deep splits still among the fans

i was a member of the Trust here but let it lapse as thought it had died . If it did restart i'd be happy to help how i could timewise but think at least a couple of the original board need to be active to help and new blood at least initially

i think certain posters in this thread should have taken more heed of a certain President from over the pond who famously once said ;

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

ahhhh , well at least that's cleared that up , unless you wear a white sheet with a pointy hat and have a cross burning habit you aren't really a rascist , anyway Mr Blatter says you can say what you want so long as you shake hands after .

The Daily Mail reference does put a lot of this thread in perspective , may as well have been a quote from Viz

Come come Adam , please dont spoil their fun with facts , you know they'll always know better

As used to be said in Fleet Street , don't let the truth get in the way of a good story

Amen Ferret

"im not a rascist" is usually followed by a "but" , whoever did it is indeed scum wherever they come from yet the hysterical title of this thread does nothing but increase the stereotyping that followed in numerous posts

much like everyone has a nightmare story about the Pilgrim , doesn't automatically follow that the entire NHS is incompetent

you can set steam to let you play offline , its what ive done

From FM FAQ's

Using Offline Mode on a PC.
Please follow the instructions below to configure Offline Mode on your PC:

1. Start Steam online - make sure the ‘Remember my password’ box on the login window is checked.
2. Verify that all game files are completely updated - you can see the update status for a game under the Library section (when the game shows as ‘100% - Ready’ it is ready to be played in Offline Mode).
3. Launch the game you would like to play offline to verify that there are no further updates to download - shut down the game and return to Steam once you have confirmed that the game can be played.
4. Go to Steam > Settings to ensure the ‘Don't save account credentials on this computer’ option is not selected.
5. From the main Steam window, go to the Steam menu and select Go Offline.
6. Click Restart in Offline Mode to restart Steam in Offline Mode.

The B-Ark / Re: O/T the forthcoming protest march
« on: October 15, 2011, 11:09:03 AM »
there was a "march" by the EDL or other some such wanabee fascists in Bradford last week or week before , on tv news showed all of about 30 turned up on a rainy day , can but hope the English weather does its best again.

Without the publicity of Look North this whole thing would have fizzled out , now it's attracting every crank from around the region and beyond . I mean it's not even like we don't already have enough in Town of our own already  ::)
