Looking good that main stand, will certainly make a great first impression as fans go down Pilgrim Way. The main stand will be the one stand that will be significantly better than what we had at York Street.

It's looking good. Hopefully the current coronavirus situation hasn't lead to funding issues to complete the new ground. Wonder if next season is delayed until early 2021 the whole ground might be finished and we will be moving into the new ground completely finished?

Going to miss York Street but a lot to like about the new ground, we will still have one of the best grounds in national league north.

Said club submitted preference to league of playing play  offs but only if they can be play by end of June.  Hoping to get info back from league v soon on what they decide.

Planning on restarting construction on stadium in around 2 weeks as have bought PPE for workers and getting social distancing in place

Haven't had a season ticket for a few years now as I haven't been getting to enough matches per season to be worth it rather than paying on the turnstiles. However tempted to buy one for next season when they start selling, a good way to help the club.

Yet another moment to feel lucky we have David Newton as Chairman. Really doing what he can to make sure we've got a ground sorted for whenever football may start. Has a groundshare in place just in case, working to get the new stadium finished as soon as possible to ideally play there and exploring option of York Street extension.

Hopefully we'll here from National League in next few days whether they intend to finish this season.

With planning to ground share rather than short extension on York Street shows why we were planning to move into a half finished new stadium than stay at York Street until new stadium completely finished. Shows it must be the case that Malkinsons won't extend lease.

Was really hoping they'd follow PL/EFL and complete the season whenever that may be.

12 weeks before the tide turns on Covid 19 according to the Prime Minister, and thats assuming people follow the social distancing advice.
Best case scenario would give us around 12 days before the lease expires at York Street, so a very remote possibility of one last game there. Million to one against the way its going so far, with many not following the advice. :-\

I imagine the plan was/is to move into the new stadium in August and play July friendly matches away from home. However home league / playoff matches could likely be scheduled for July now. Hopefully will be able to get a 1 month or so extension on York Street if needed.

Does the lease at York Street run out in June? If matches are rescheduled for July York Street lease over and new ground may not be ready?

Good point. If they are contravening fa rules then they should forfeit the points. If they already have a case of Corona in the camp I can understand it but without that I think they are technically in the wrong.

Yes surely no different than if there's a pitch inspection and referee says game on and Chester say they don't agree and call it off.

Are you comparing a global pandemic to a waterlogged pitch??

Obviously this is far more serious however if the authorities say game on can the club over rule ?

Somehow we look a different team withoiut Thanoj. I watched our very able forwards make run after run into the Curzon box but there's no out and out goalscorer among them. Jay was used far too late to have any impact. The time to make subs was when it was clear we could not get the second goal cushion, NOT when they have equalised and we are chasing the game. I felt it was almost a wasted Saturday afternoon driving all that way to watch a load of huff and puff. Without Crooky it would have been 3-1.

Yes thanoj much under rated. Our winning run started when he returned from last injury with indifferent results  with 3 defeats when he was out injured

On the bright side. -

It's a draw away from home which is normally a good result in this league

Only lost 1 of last 11 matches

3rd in league

With yesterdays results title chances are over. Getting back to winning ways and keeping 3rd spot should be the aim as big advantage finishing 3rd than 4th for playoffs

Cash flow problems for KL.
Paying £900 a week for Southwell and...... £1900 a week for Marriott. Both unsustainable in this league.

Are Lynn seriously paying that?  Huge money for part time at this level.
