Mick originally announced the lower figure and then corrected it to the higher figure about 5 minutes later.

What was it like for getting away after the game if you parked by the ground?

I was in car park Y and had no problems whatsoever.  Far easier than York Street ever was.

The B-Ark / Re: Season Tickets
« on: June 23, 2021, 02:57:35 PM »
The early bird hasn't been ditched per se, it's just been offered to those who bought a season ticket last season and decided not to ask for a refund when the season was curtailed.

The club must have lost a shed load of revenue last year and like a lot of other businesses, it it not in a position to offer discounts so readily.

The parking was £80 previously, so that is cheaper than previous years.  I assume more parking spaces enables the club to offer a better rate.

Overall, I'm paying (not including the write off from last season) about the same or slightly less than the last comparable season in 2019/20.

The B-Ark / BUSA - Travel and Other Stuff
« on: June 14, 2021, 11:15:20 AM »
Update for those not in the Facebook group.

We are still here!  We had our first meeting in over a year recently and our first meeting without Glen at the helm and Pauline keeping us all on track.

Travel - We have all the relevant prices in for next season....but for obvious reasons, we are not going to commit to anything just yet.   Firstly, away fans may not be permitted, secondly, segregation on buses would leave us having to charge around £40 per seat to break even.  We always aim to run the buses to break even over the season.

Membership  - We are rolling over the free membership for another year.  So those who joined in 19/20 or 20/21 will not have to pay anything for 21/22.

Golden Goal - We will again be running the Golden Goal, it is something that fans enjoy and brings in funding to BUSA.  We're not sure where we will be selling them on match days yet but it will be somewhere inside or outside the ground to be confirmed

.....and finally.  The committee would always be very grateful for new members and volunteers  to help us run BUSA and various activities.

Thanks

Pat

I assume that if the leagues are null and voided then so will the FA Trophy?

I had £10 EW on Boston  with Bet365 ( Only opened an account as they were offering @ 20/1 so am waiting on £67.50 winnings which will be sent to the club ) With the play offs costing the club £30000 - £70000 every little helps !

At quarter the odds, you'll only get £50 plus your £10 stake back?  Still, every little helps as a certain supermarket would say.
