The second penalty, no idea what for.

Like the first, I'll take it.

Dodgy looking penalty, but I'll take it.

SAD SAD day for Leeds.

His Wiki page seems to contain very little reference to fraud and our surely unprecedented triple relegation over two seasons resulting from the time his spent at the club.

I live in Rugby and if you're driving your going to hit road works no matter what. I'd leave plenty of time no matter which way you go. The last time I used the A14-M1 cross over, there were significant delays. Tollbar End in Coventry (where A46 meets the A45) will cost you anything from 10 mins to an hour depending on the direction of the wind and the current state of it's re-design. That said if you have a play with the route planner on google maps it's hard to come up with a route that isn't all side roads or road works.

I'd probably go this way if I was coming from Boston, but then again I like country roads.

As the grounds in the middle of no where I'd recommend going into Leamington or Warwick for something to eat.

I'm a little disappointing myself, some joker put the red arrows in but no Stump!  :D

p.s. Great work by the chairman to get us this far, if he builds us a new stadium I might stretch to buying him a pint.

Ooops. Sorry for the delay. Been too busy on Facebook trying to explain why I think people should vote NO to AV! (Not too seriously though)

Looks like Mickey Nuttells Hair has stepped in and started up the thread. Thanks Adam - now just go and vote NO to AV.  ;D

Don't do that, vote YES. To be fair most yes supporters, like me, acknowledge the flaws of AV but consider FPTP or OVMTAE (one vote more than anyone else) to be more flawed. I'd like to think we will eventually have full PR but most top politicians have no interest in it. Still that's probably enough politics for a football forum, and you started it.  :P

If it's very far east, we'll be playing in the Dutch League. ;D

I was born Holland it says so on my birth certificate  :dan

Why do we play in orange (OK Amber)?

More to the point what sort of a name is 'Parts of Holland'

Good luck to them. Hardly the time to be hunting for a permanent manager. Shame that the poachers of hurst and Scott did not think the same.

It's OK just noticed Craig's email address in the receipt so I've sent a message.

Donated £20, confirmation 81X32288UF972303Y

I didn't see, or rather forgot to look, for anywhere to state it was for Pilgrim Patter. Ken is the confirmation number enough for you and Craig to identify the donation amongst the tens of pounds donated every day?

Sorry, but totally disagree.  This is just suppression of free speech.

In my opinion it is not the Mails fault for reporting something which is fact.

It is all down to the stupid indiscretion of the Stupid Lord himself, regardless of any other issues involved.

He is the one, who, rightly, should be vilified.

Gus the perfect, never makes a mistake or disrespects anyone. Regardless of the validity of the allegations we all say things we should not. As for the papers they're for the best part a complete waste of space. I like Russel Howard's take on them http://vodpod.com/watch/1941528-russell-howard-on-newspapers-mock-the-week

Best of luck and c'mon guys and girls. Just because we were demoted under stupid rule does not make another club suffering the same fate OK. If you believe the rule is fair, then support it otherwise support Salisbury.

The B-Ark / World Cup Prediction League anyone?
« on: May 21, 2010, 04:57:25 PM »
Just realized this might sound like I was volunteering. Anyone know a good free site where we can setup a league?

P.S. Anyone else seen this http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/oddballs/826773-mathematical-world-cup-predictions-say-england-or-brazil-will-win-in-2010
