All sides are entited to an off day, this side might not bad as good as the previous sqaud.

I'm not going to make out we played well today because it was quite obvious we had a poor day at the office

BUT,does anyone remember when S/H first came to YS we didn't win at home until October and people saying our seaoson was over after we lost to Lowestoft in the FA Cup.

By all accounts if this becomes a regular thing have a moan from time to time, but if the effort is there just accept there are better sides in this divison and get on with it, don't go to games just to pick out errors.
Boston fans in general are the fickle, best fans in the World when things are going well but as soon as things aren't as merry they moan, groan and boo.

One thing i'm glad about is i didn't hear any boos today, because i can remember when we lost to Ashton the team left to a chrous of boo's which i think set the tone to the season, it's a vicious circle.

Oh and whoever spat at the keeper? proper tough man you are, i'm all for banter but spitting at anyone is poor, bet whoever it was wouldn't do that on the street to a random person.

if we was ever going to have a song after we've scored a goal, after the intial celerbrations i'd maybe whack on the ring of fire, seeing as we seem to have that going on for about 10mins after we've scored.

My main worry is not who we've signed so far bar Stones, its the lack of new faces that are on trial here, as much as i like Milson he maybe will look back on that leg-break at Nantwich the other year with a bit of anger because before that he looked a promising prospect but while S/H was here he never got a look in, and now whilst on trial for us he's being played at Right Back.

Also i think Ogden and Ward looked half-decent today, but they're IMO not ready to be 1st team regulars.

I honeslty don't think its the signings we've signed that has worried people its the lack of new faces and 'new ideas' from the Gaffers.

That being said though i'll give C/L a fair chance and those players who sign for us but i do feel we are in need of bring fresh faces in.

My guess is we'll give the ones C/L aint sure about on Saturday and run-outs to those they're keen to keep

then from then on release whoever is not wanted, then hopefully sign a few more outright signings which will have a few games to bed into the side as well as the odd trialist

Parker imo wouldn't be a starter but a very good back-up and if chasing a game for whatever reason his throw-ins would offer another option

I also think alot of people are bothred about us becoming an average bsn club but if thats our budget thats what we will be so maybe we wont get the players we want

We won't become an Average BSN Club i'm sure of that, we might have a couple of seasons in here where we don't do much, but whilst building for the future, because BSP is a big difference on/off the pitch, in all honesty when the fixtures came out yesterday i had a feelling of 'what could have been' knowing we would have had Lincoln, Grimsby, Mansfield, Luton etc.

But we wasn't going to go FT even we had gone up DN  openly said that, so in the long-term having another season or 2 might help us enable we're ready as a club for the next level, remember last time when we went up 2 leagues quick? ... the rest is history

Oh and SWD? - Good player but not irreplaceable imo, had hot and cold patches and if he wasn't willing to commit Canners/Jase have done the right thing no-one is bigger than the club

I have photos of them all but am not allowed to release them for now  :P

What I will say is that were quite a few and they looked quality :)

Is that you being truthful? or saying they look quality considering we've lost 2 of our best players and possibly another in SWD
