I think most of us would prefer it based on league games only.

Cups are a bit of a distraction, its the league you are judged on.

As Richard says, we must soon be getting up towards 4,000 league games now as Boston Utd, be nice to see that milestone celebrated in some way.

I thought you handled the piece on The Fat Cheating Jock Bastard well in the programme and found it hilarious he was 22nd most successful manager in our history. However this raised a few good points from those around me.

1. Who is our most successful manager % wise? My guess is Don Donovan.

2. Taking away TFCJB's return, where would he have been if based on non league results?

3. Is there a list of Success? Who is the worst?

Thanks in anticipation!

£3k for a non league game?

How many coppers are there at York St most weeks? 3 or 4?

And why only segregate us?

As long as he doesn't go to Crawley, Grimsby or Sheffield W*dnesday I'll wish him all the luck in the world.

I'm of a similar opinion to WP, I think he's not ready for such a big jump yet. He's a sensible lad though, he's matured in 2 seasons here, another couple of seasons at a good L2 club would stand him well for the future if he proves himself.

My opinion and I'm sticking by it.

In 34 seasons I've seen more goalkeepers than most on here, some good, some excellent, some with potential, some not so good and a few very poor ones.

On that second half showing we could have had no complaints if we'd lost.

We were awful.

All down the right we were wide open with Cullingworth and Yates being as poor as anyone in an amber shirt this season.

On the positive we didn't loose!

And good luck to Hyde, at 1-0 after not many minutes it would have been easy to fold but they came out and took the game to us. I've seen far worse teams than them this season.

It was then, and still is fecking laughable.    That was a computer generated fantasy

That took Evans' 'ask no questions, just clap like tame seals' apologists and hangers on in hook, line and sinker.

Grantham were big enough to do it to us after we beat them here too.

Can't remember if Kings Lynn did the same on Easter Monday, I think they did.

Bu respect has to be earned, and Evans will never get anyones respect, its something his 'backers' money can't buy.

I can't believe he got a game at anything resembling a competent level........surely the worst goalkeeper I've seen in 34 years supporting Utd.

I see in todays Sun Steven Howard has his tongue right down the back of Evans' trousers again........

Utterly shameful journalism.

I picked up 2 binders full of these very collectable magazines last week (I've a full set from 1 to 64 but I'm a sad b'astard), this is the issue with about 8 pages on York St. If you look I've priced mine very reasonably compared to some..........

Thats 2 promotions he's 'won' that aren't worth a light.

Lets hope Crawley's murky finances are exposed and he's finally drummed out of football like he should have been in 2002.

A waste of a human life IMHO..........

Anyone think they might have been very lucky up to now and that luck is about to run out?

Holdsworth built a good (very good) side at Ilkeston which they inherited and took up. They then de-camped to Boston and brought the best of the squad with them. Now they've moved on to a complete basket case at GTFC where expectation are sky high and they are saddled with a poor squad tied up on contracts.

I hope I'm wrong, as a person Rob Scott comes across as a right clever bastard who'd stop at nothing to get what he wants. But they took over a complete shambles here and left us in rude health on the field so I find it difficult to knock them even if I think one half and a certain criminal ex manager of ours are out of the same mould persona wise.
