Did you enjoy your trip to Colwyn?  I've set up a new website to allow non-league fans to plan and rate/review their away days, and It would be great if some of you could take a couple of minutes to rate your away day at Colwyn yesterday.  You can log in easily using your  Twitter or Facebook credentials.

All the best,
John ;D

Our reporter didn't write the first two paragraphs, it was the NLP.

We (Leamington) have a recent signing called Nathan Hicks, we got him from Histon.  That may be where the confusion came from.

Have a safe journey down, and here's hoping for an entertaining game. :dan

It's certainly the best ground we've been to in a league match since having to start again 13 years ago in Midland Combination Division 2 (now that is a culture shock!) Only the odd cup game in bigger grounds, Colchester away in the FA Cup and a couple of cup finals at Walsall's ground.

I was hoping we'd take a few more there, but we tried to make ourselves heard!  I think the bank holiday weekend had a slight impact on both home and away support - and also a game against us probably isn't much of a draw for your supporters!  Thought your support was a bit quiet for the numbers you had.

I'd like to give my thanks on as a supporter to everyone in Boston for making our day out so enjoyable yesterday despite the result.  Everyone from the supporters we met to the stewards and other staff, and the local pub (the Coach & Horses?) couldn't have been more welcoming.  Please pass on my thanks to the club, you have a club to be proud of, and by the looks of your team you'll be up there come May.  Best of luck for the rest of the season, except when you come to the New Windmill (hope it's not too much of a culture shock for you ;) ).

Thanks to those Boston supporters who have entered so far.

I forgot to mention, if your Trust would like to sell entries for this competition they could raise themselves some money.  If so they should contact me ASAP at john@punditry.co.uk

Thanks.

The B-Ark / Conf North Prediction Competition

Hi, a Leamington supporter here.  I'm already signed up for transport to our game at your place, hopefully we can bring a few and make some noise as it's our first proper Saturday awayday in the Conference North (Hednesford away on a Tuesday doesn't count as we've been there already)!  Any advice on pubs near the ground?

I'm organising a competition to raise money for the Graham Fulford Charitable Trust, a charity which funds PSA testing (testing for prostate cancer) and raises awareness of prostate cancer, and for supporters trust(s).

The aim of the game is to predict which position each team will finish the season in, and which teams will score and concede the most and fewest goals.  Entry is £3, with proceeds split three ways between the prize fund for the winner(s), the charity, and the promoters (Brakes Trust and any other trusts who may join in). Payment can be made via PayPal (we don't yet accept Skrill).

The competition can be found at www.punditry.co.uk.

Please feel free to sign up to our forum The Banter, which can be found at banter.cv31.co.uk.
