For people who ever doubt Craig they should listen he seems one driven individual who despite his touch line persona will go a long way. Really enjoyed it and to hear how life hasnâ€™t always been plain sailing. We need to ensure we keep him to see the job through and get promotion.

Straight answers to straight questions and that makes the interview zip along.
I won't go into detail because that would spoil it for listeners.
It answered some of my queries but also posed one or two new ones.
