I know there are going to be small bar areas under each stand but is there going to be a social club as such, similar to the one in the York Street car park? Is it under the West stand in the Community hub area?

Yes - obviously we're having to trust the plans were built as proposed (there's no reason to suspect they weren't), but there is a "Community Hub" bar planned to the left of the main reception doors that looks like it'll be the new Pilgrim Lounge.

Yep, it's exactly that - Community Hub.

The original plans had it labelled as Pilgrim Lounge, but maybe the council recommended they used Community in the room title? Maybe for grant purposes.
