basically a "club", be it a local working mens or football club may be carrying some debt... guy comes in and offers help and buys club on the cheap and offers to lease it back to them... then doesnt..

Didn't really get why the Magpies just signed such an important document without having a solicitor take a look at it first.
They should have done there due diligence before getting so involved with this con man.
Yes he is a complete cock and bent buissness man, but some of those who have been ripped off have been very reckless.
As GHM said we have nothing to steal so there is not much chance of that happening to us.
