Margetts to Trinity - three month loan.

No great surprise.

Does that mean we are paying his wages?

Who knows for sure, but at the very least I'd want Trinity to be making a significant contribution. I guess it'll be under the "he needs games" pretence, but I can't see him coming back.

I don't know about him really, l haven't seen enough of him to give a fair opinion.
It is a shame that he has never got back to form after injury, perhaps if he gets his head down at Trinity and starts to find some form, he may yet be a decent player again.
Good luck to him.

Margetts played 70 minutes for Trinity last night. Two shots on target in the first half, one chance in the second. Made some runs, looked a bit off the pace at times. Needs some games for confidence and fitness

Let's hope he does get back to where he once was before his injury.
The door has been left open for hin, if performs at Trinity.

Margetts played another 70 minutes with little effect. Best opportunity in first half, but given offside with a shot pulled well wide of the goal.

This guy is a total mystery? Undoubted talent, but this season just a faint shadow of the player he was? I wonder if if he has problems in his personal life, as he does not appear focussed on his game at all at present. I hope the loan eventually gets him back on song. It would be great for all concerned at BUFC if he came back firing on all cylinders in the New Year!!

Could it be his injury?
May that be the reason for his lack of threat?
Though in his second spell at Trinity he was a poor facsimile of the earlier player.
