Michael Paul Chinn, 42, of Yew Tree House, 47 Old Fendyke Road, Weston Hills, Spalding, case proven for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
