Adam is , apparently on BBC Lincs last night he said he would prefer playing in the league today .
Is he really on the safe wavelength as the fans ?

Personally I would be more disappointed had we been playing our next league fixture today, or indeed any of the next three as I cannot see where our next points are going to come from given current form. A shock cup victory today could be the tonic we need !!!

Anyone just heard Adam on BBC Lincs . missed 3 strikers this week but getting one in next week
Looks as though its a season job rebuilding, . takes time says Adam , no one told him its been done at Boston in 6 months in the past .
apart from the rest of the interview , I didn't understand it, pretty sure the person didn't understood him ,
not sure if AM understood it himself .
Sounds as though it is going to take 5 years for him to get us back into the league .

I am sure he said that the team meet twice a week for a couple of hours.
I thought he had upped it to 3 sessions a week.
And what exactly do they do in their training sessions - kick a ball about or does AM have the players sit down and they discuss the GPS?

No, he actually said that when we have a midweek game, there will be an extra session on a Monday for a Tuesday game.

Been told head tennis is included in the sessions.

Come on does it really matter what he says, perhaps he just says those things to give us platter people something to talk about.
His future won't be decided by platter that is for sure, and he knows that.
Personally and before OXO jumps all over me, I think he will walk before he is pushed.

Everyone loves a good Ruby ! Lets just hope come Tuesday we SERVE up a good performance and DISH out another stubborn performance although I think if could be a KNIFE edge game. Hope the game is good value for those FORKing out their hard earned cash. Knowing us, we'll make a MEAL out of it.

Seems like he feels the situation. Stressing for time and fans not to expect too much too soon. Referring to criticism of the u21s losing to town. I like a lot of the ideas but ultimately they're little use if we're an evo stik side next year. Need some results in the league. Having a game plan to have a go away would help.

Sadly he has nothing to show for his ideas after nearly a year , if his points return does not improve we will almost certainly be in the evo stik next season . A defining few days in the next chapter after the draw is made and Tues result is know . Adam got a lot of stick from BBC Lincs yesterday for revealing he would rather be playing a league game . A good money spinning cup run will maybe reveal his thinking behind the statement .

any sort of game plan would be good. 7 defensive players most weeks, and clean sheets are almost non existent. With only 3 attackers most weeks, there's no wonder we create little going forward. He keeps asking for time and patience, but both of these WILL run out. Doing something positive and proactive now would be far more constructive, rather than rewriting his own list of excuses.

I cannot not find the post, but when AM arrived someone posted that according to Mansfield fans, we would not see many goals. If I remember rightly most Patter posters seemed happy with that.

also from memory, but at the same time as this it was promised an emphasis would be on clean sheets, i recall the comment "many games 1-0". still waiting for that. i'm not in the happy gang, as i cannot abide people who say one thing and do another.
