Wow, what a game. Fought til the end, everybody had a good game tonight and we seemed to play the ball about with confidence. Vince gave the ref a decision to make on a soaking pitch and it looked like a bad one from our side.

The defence looked assured and their goal should have been avoided but there was an element of luck around it.

Midfield kept the ball and played some fantastic balls through and over their defenders. What a pickup Broadhead is too, looks a really solid player.

The forwards put in one hell of a shift as well, harrassing and pressuring and to top it off Rollins scored two cracking goals.

Credit to Murray the 3 at the back looked good tonight and bringing on Hawley gave us a bit more up front, he had some good moments of interplay with Rollins.

Motm was difficult for me tonight; Rollins, Broadhead and Clifton were the stand outs. Chapman had a solid game too, played some really good stuff.

Don't get me wrong we should have won by more because they weren't very good in all honesty and we should have been more clinical when on top but to keep fighting with ten men on a wet pitch was a huge positive.

only one negative why don't we start putting pressure on the opposition till the second. Like the Kidderminster game a very good 2nd half when we are more attack minded.vinno was very stupid noneed to go over the top like he did .a certain red card can't defend him what a pity as he has been very good when he has come on in games

with respect....an alternative version shouldn't appear!
BUFC thoroughly deserved the win in dreadful rainy conditions.

Hopefully an early turning point in our season.
#undefeated in 3!

Only my second game this season.  Not expecting much if I was honest...however....really enjoyed the game. Thought we did well..
Welcome back Jay Rollins!

A great result, was fearing the worse when i heard we had yet another sending off !
Hope all of the fans have now forgiven Rollins ? Seems like a good move to get him back here.  Onto the next one now with renewed hope, only gripe as i say is our disciplinary record.

His first goal was sublime, cut inside and hit the top corner.

A very good performance, and Ferriby were so lucky and God knows how many blocks and shots saved on the line.
We were superior tonight and confident in possession, Jays goals were taken superbly, Hawley through ball to put Jay in for the winner was pure class. I dare anyone on here here to slag this performance off on here, the condition were awful along with the ref, but Vino deserved his red card silly lad.

Wasn't there but 4 points from last 2 games should, even at this stage, keep us up. Play offs here we come? As I say, too early to tell but the team are gelling.

Played really well albeit against a poor team, 3 at the back seems to suit us, Chapmans best game since he has been at the club for sure, showed glimpses of the passing range AM spoke about.  Green shoots for this team...as for the booing at half time I won't say any more about that!

Yeah I didn't get that either, if we we're playing sh*t and losing fair enough but we were playing alright

A much needed 3 points. Despite the possession, we made hard work of it, but got there in the end. I thought the change of system suited the players better. A mention for Kyle Dixon, if I may. Never saw him as a left back, but thought for the large majority, he played a very solid game there.

I know Jay got MOM and scored two lovely goals, but for me I thought Clifton should have been in with a shout for it, he impressed me, such a good all round player who at times l last night played some nice neat football.

I agree.  Welcome back Jay, like all the players last night he put in a shift.  Something puzzled me, we are lacking a striker and jay being last seasons leading scorer and last nights scorer, why oh why with every corner was he stood on the half way line?

Not moaning, I really enjoyed the game, well done lads.

Yes why was Jay stood on the halfway line during set pieces, we also wondered that, perhaps it was to counter a possible break away.
But a good point you raise there, Adam looked a bit fed up after the game, perhaps the ridiculous booing at half time upset him.

Re Adam may have been he was feeling the pain🤕. In the club after the game Greg Smith reckoned he had pulled his hamstring when celebrating the winner!!😳

For a corner you need all the height in the box that's a given, that means no Cowgill, Keane or Beatson and then add in Clifton taking the corner he is pretty much the only one left available to give us pace at the back to stop a counter
